  Chris is absolutely phenomenal! As a cat parent, it’s very hard to find a place that treats cats well, and doesn’t automatically label them as aggressive. Chris has the patience and care that cats need in a stressful environment like the vet. Thank you to all the wonderful staff for amazing experiences every time we visit!

  This office and the Clive location have been nothing but the best to me and my pups. ❤️ About a year ago, my Frenchie, Remi, was throwing up blood. I couldn’t get her to BluePearl because of the traffic and weather, so I drove as fast as I could to Vetco. They weren’t even open yet, but they let me in and immediately took Remi back to try to stabilize her while we waited for the vet. Unfortunately, Remi didn’t make it. 💔 But Dr. Stoeker, and her staff went above and beyond for me that morning during one of the hardest moments I’ve ever experienced. I even received a sympathy card from both this location and the Clive location, which meant more to me than they probably realized. Fast forward to this week, when I had to bring my other Frenchie in because of a mass. Dr. Stoeker and Ashley were wonderful with her, and they remembered me from that morning a year ago—and, incredibly, they even remembered Remi’s name. That is the kind of care and compassion these offices provide. They don’t just treat your pets; they genuinely care about the people and families behind them. They are truly wonderful, compassionate people, and I will continue to bring my babies to them. I’m so grateful for everything they’ve done for me and my pups. ❤️🐾

  My cat has been seeing Dr Stoeker and Ashley the past few weeks for some dental work, and they have been so great with her! Nala adores them, and I’ve had only the most pleasant experiences with them. They’re very knowledgeable and have great bedside manner. They also do not get pushy with upselling or anything like that and don’t make you feel judged, which is a huge plus. Bobbie at the front desk is also very sweet and helpful!

  This place is the most wonderful place to take your pet. They just dont treat your pet but treat you as if you were family. Dr Mary her staff and the cat whisperer have seen me through some pretty tough times and have given my Pippa the best care They treated Pippa as if she were their own cat. They were so amazing with me especially!!! 5 stars are not enough for this. If Dr Mary isn't in its ok you have Dr Anderson! This place is absolutely amazing!!!
