  Everyone there is so nice and caring! Ashely was especially GREAT during Dude’s examine to help keep him calm! Bobbie, at the front desk, is ALWAYS so friendly….I just love her! And Dr. Gall was very knowledgeable and great with both us and our little Dude! I just LOVE the staff here! ❤️

  Great experience with Levi's Dr visit today (4/30/26). Very friendly receptionist (Bobbie) as was as the Tech (Chris) and Dr Stoeker! Chris kept Levi occupied with treats while Dr Stoeker administered Levi's vaccinations! Very friendly staff from the entrance to exit! Also very quick and easy making an appointment online. Got in within a couple hours! Nice job!

  I could go on and on about how much I appreciate this team. They’re kind, welcoming, and truly treat my pets like their own. Bobbie at the front desk and Chris, the technician, deserve a special shoutout for their exceptional customer service and genuine care. It’s a comfort knowing my pets are in such capable, compassionate hands.

  The staff at Vetco are fantastic! They all remember our Frenchie, Meatball every time we are in and we are there about once or twice per year. It is very reasonably priced as well. I love that when I have a question, they offer a text service so I can get an answer very quickly! Thank you Dr. Gall, Ashley, Audrey and Bobbie :)

  I am ALWAYS so impressed that Vetco has such HIGHLY talented and educated veterinarians. Dr Stoeker has her DVM and her PhD in immunology!!! I’m blown away and so glad some big vet pharmaceutical hasn’t lured her away. Keep her happy because she is awesome and I’ve sent MANY people to see her. And I must also comment on the most AWESOME team that keeps the wheels on this bus!! Bobbie at the front desk is fantastic and so efficient. And loves on all my dogs like they were her own. Then there’s Ashley Audrey and Chris whom are so talented and have fabulous people skills. The whole team there needs a raise!! Now I must vent on the one VERY POOR topic you have at Vetco and that is your corporate answering system is HORRIBLE!! I could pull my hair out working with your folks that have very poor command of the English language. They are so bad that had I not already been to Vetco as a walk in I would have seeked vet care elsewhere. You MUST improve your corporate call center. It’s ridiculous and frustrating. This call center review comes not only from me personally but also the friends I’ve sent to see Dr Stoeker. DO BETTER VETCO!! thank you for this opportunity to sing praises to your valued employees.
