Chris, the vet tech, came in shortly to do vitals and go over Io’s history and reason for visit. He was very thorough. When Dr. Stoeker joined us, she asked additional questions during the exam. She then sat and spoke with me about Io’s health and treatment plan. She took time to listen to my concerns and wishes. Throughout the entire visit, I felt like Iolita was their most important patient. That’s pretty amazing in a busy practice! Their gentleness with Io and patience with all my concerns made me feel confident that she will get the best of care.
