They wouldn't even see her as she wasn't a client. Unfortunately several vets are at this convention. I wouldn't recommend this clinic as I guess it's OK to have our cat just die instead of taking care of her since she wasn't their client!!

The staff was warm, compassionate, and incredibly thorough, taking the time to answer questions and make sure we felt at ease every step of the way. You can truly feel the love and care they have for both animals and their families. We left feeling confident, supported, and thankful to have found a vet clinic that already feels like home.
