  Terrible, terrible people working there. Terrible customer service. Workers were calling us names and yelling at us for telling them there were LIVE animal in their dumpster then called the police on us. They repeated to yell at us and call us names. Great job Petco. One of the workers was laughing, repeating “they are just insects! They are just insects!” They kept saying they were dead. Then opened the SEALED containers and said “oh, some of them are alive..” then took them to sit on top of the trash cans to bake in the sun. Then most likely threw them back away after the cops left. I hope the workers that were yelling see this, you guys are terrible people and we have already made calls. I hope you get fired, and hope you get what you deserve. Picture below isn’t even half of the containers.

  I hadn't planned on getting a bird but there was a little one being chased and pecked. I offered the guuy working $20 4 him or her. He said no. But if he said yes I'd have had to buy everything for it. I just hope the little bird stayed alive.

  Employee working in fish department ignored us and kept walking away when we would make eye contact and then refused to sell us fish without a water sample. Our tank has been set up for awhile, we cleaned it several days ago to prepare for new fish.

  Won't shop here again. Employees accused my kid of stealing when clearly it was a piece of trash in her pocket and her phone.
