  terrible terrible if you looking to buy fish for your aquarium and planning to buy from petco mason city they not going to sell they judge people first , and there workers are terrible and rude .....we never go back in this place or any petco

  The product that was said to be in stock was nowhere to be found. The employees did attempt to find it but, I didn't need to hear them complaining about another employee and blaming them for things in the wrong place.

  Coconut is a great pyrenees that rides across country in a semi truck and gets really filthy. He looked like a new dog. Well worth the time and money. Thank you to the groomers for taking the extra time to make him clean and happy. 😊

  I have visited this store twice and both times my existence was not acknowledged despite there being people at the registers doing nothing. If you go into this store you better know what you need and know where it is located because staff will not be of any help whatsoever in fact they will speed walk away from you and try to look like they have something important to to do. When I finally found help I was treated like it was an inconvenience to be helped. For that kind of experience I will be shopping online from a different company from now on. Godspeed if you do end up going in there I hope you have a better experience than me.
