The Vetco service was generally positive. Easy check-in, ease of services rendered and very nice vet staff. The reason I only gave three stars is because, my dog was given a rabies vaccine before he required it; one year early. We provided the staff with our dog’s vet records, as this was our first visit to Vetco. The records clearly showed he wasn’t due for a rabies vaccine until June 2027. The vet told us everything she was doing. So, when I questioned her to see if she said ‘rabies vaccine’, she said ‘rabies vax’ again and gave him the shot before I could stop her from doing so. She did explain why the early injection would cause no harm, but I had to point it out three times before she understood it wasn’t needed yet. We will likely return, but specifically state to the vet what our dog needs/doesn’t need (even after the check-in process).
