- PDPatti DoserMay 11, 20265.0I took my granddog to the new LCS grooming salon in Mechanicsville today. Cassie did an excellent job with Riggs (9 year old golden/lab mix). He was long overdue for a grooming with knots and lots of shedding. She was very accommodating, getting me in last minute and trimming him just as I asked. He loves running through weeds and rolling in everything. We like Riggs to have a short cut, not the typical golden retriever look. He looks great and feels great! Thanks again, Cassie!

We have two reactive dogs, and she handles them with so much patience and kindness, which means everything to us. We never have to worry about how they’re being treated when we aren’t there. We’re so glad we found Olivia!

Lady on the phone very nice very respectful said she does Cats but to come before open or just before dogs appointment originally at 8am because of personal issue with woman who’s going to do my cat ,no issue with that, but time got moved to 9 I’m thinking it’s fine no , 3 dogs come in . Owner of business said she wasn’t that lady on the phone.. clearly because of the way you spoke to one of your potential customers. Brought in my cat! To get trimmed his name is OG owner of business didn’t apologize for booking a dog appointment with my appointment didn’t apologize for the wait didn’t apologize at all. 2 stars for the woman on the phone.

Don’t even think she’s been harassed a day in her life. Nobody slammed the door maam you’re just mad& sensitive, & a woman cant look away without it being rolling her eyes? I think you just don’t know how to properly communicate and handle your appointments. It would be outrageous for a customer to wait for 3 poodles when they had an appointment set but go off lady. 👍you probably only service what you want and really don’t care about the needs of others.
