- AAAllyviaMar 22, 20261.0My cat did get shaved as I had requested, however, the job was done terribly. It looks like a chop job. He's got wisps of hair where they didn't go back over him along with his face being unevenly trimmed. I also realized the day after his grooming that they ended up cutting into his whiskers! The shave was done to deal with matting that my cat wouldn't allow me to brush out. The 1 star is for getting rid of the matting as it very much needed to be done and the cheap price of the groom. However, I am extremely disappointed in the quality and will not be returning in the future. I would not recommend this grooming salon. Unfortunate as I had good heard good reviews by word of mouth.
