  My dog is fearful of going to the vets. He literally has to be picked up and carried in and the staff jumped in to do it for me which was very nice because I have to take care of my 88-year-old mom completely and it strains my back so it's always hurting

  Absolutely amazing, my dog can be a wild one and just seems to have started to fall apart recently. She is always excited and happy to go, never scared and is able to use side door (because she doesn't behave well in lobby). But today I was maybe 5 bucks short for the office visit and her medicine and the beautiful soul, she just paid my difference, understanding pets are our kids and I am human and just hanging on until payday. Always empathetic and just guinuialy kind and good people. Thank you all of you and a special thank you to the beautiful young lady that helped me today. I know ur name but I don't want to post it and possibly trouble as some people frown upon that . Thank you...

  Wish I could give NO stars. We have been using this facility for over 30 years and will never return. One visit we had a VERY bad experience with the rude and snotty assistance. We decided maybe the person was having in bad day. So we came back again. But we encountered rude, snotty assistants again. So not only we will not be back but have gotten at least two more previous customers to change vets too. Better address your snotty rude staff or you will lose more customers.

  I love the care that my animals receive at Animal Family Veterinary Care Center. They truly care for and about my animals. My animals are more than pets to me and they understand that concept. Even when it's time to make the hard decisions, they offer their prognosis and allow me to make the decision. I appreciate that.

  My beagle was hit by a car. My son quickly googled "emergency vet near me". I'm so grateful it led us to Animal Family. They stayed with my son on the phone the entire time as we rushed to their clinic, and were waiting with a team of help when we arrived. They did an amazing job and I was even shocked that the cost was as low as it was considering the tremendous care they provided. They have been so supportive with the follow up care also. I really am so thankful for their help and all of the love they've shown our crazy, tough little beagle!
