The gal I spoke to at the front desk this morning seemed very knowledgeable and was able to go over pricing with me, as well as break down the different services as well as possible additional costs depending on the exam. As a customer, trust is very important when it comes to letting someone handle my beloved pet, and she did a great job in building that trust.

The veterinarian thoroughly explained all of the concerns that brought us in and spent as much time with me as I needed. She also patiently answered additional questions that were not directly related to our visit. All costs were clearly explained before any services were performed. As the fur-mom of a 19-year-old cat, I truly appreciated her helpful advice and reassurance that the food I am feeding Monkey is high quality. She never pressured me to purchase anything unnecessary. I had a wonderful experience and will definitely bring both of my cats back to Vetco Total Care.
