    Jordan did a good job of grooming my dog. Most folks have difficulty trimming my dog’s muzzle but he trimmed it evenly. Jordan was also very kind and cordial as well.

    Paid for the deluxe. Groomer did not wash him from the neck to his nose, literally. He got into maple syrup in the trashcan before we went to the groomer. It is still in his beard. His ears are still dirty and smell so we are now taking another bath. One side of his nose /face was hacked the other side not cut at all. Paid for deluxe nail grind etc. they are just as long as when I drop them off I actually can do a better haircut at home I simply cannot do his nails, so I bring him to PetSmart in between. not anymore. Wish I could give 0 stars. 99$ burned up in

    Jackson goes to Alyhia in Myrtle Beach South Carolina during the winter and we decided to use Petco in Iowa while here for summers. Tara at the Clive location did an amazing job on Jackson also. She also went out of her way to help me with an app issue. I highly recommend you take your fur babies to those Petco locations.

    Was able to get my grand lady in at the booked time. The groomer (Coraline) took time with her and she got a much-needed bath, nail trim and a pretty bandana. When I picked her up, I had a helpful conversation with the other groomer about the best way to help her get used to a dremel tool and she offered to give it a try next time we're in. We'll be back! Thank you!
