- JTJ. Tschudi3 days ago1.0I had a grooming appointment for my dog (who has been going there for years) and received a confirmation on THURSDAY. When I took her to her scheduled time on Sunday, I was told she didn’t have an appointment. The woman informed me that Tammy had taken the day off and should have informed me (she definitely didn’t). They offered me the managers info, but said they wouldn’t be able to fit in my dog regardless of who I talked to. No offer to discount a future appointment or fit her in within a timely manner. I will never book with this location again.
