- JRJohn RafatczJun 12, 20261.0Employees are useless when asking for help. The stores floors were dirty and had what appeared to be dog feces smeared into the floors. Alot of products were not available and the prices were ridiculous overly priced. Definitely will not recommend. GO TO PETSMART

They get you when they sell you some package deal, then it's on you to figure out that there are 2 different vet services and you have to figure out what package applies to what clinic. Was told to bring our puppy in on Sunday for shots and there would be no charge, bring him in on Sunday and they want to charge over $100. Of course this is just a few days after he had just been on and we were charged $235. (This was Wednesday). Upset about them wanting to charge after being told there wouldn't be one, I left. No shots. Call back to get an appointment & was told it would be $65, so once again take pup in and they tried to charge over $200. Ridiculous. Save yourself time and aggrevation & go to a REAL vet.

Beyond disappointed because I know this has been happening this whole time and to everyone els get your shit together
