- JJJennifer Jones6 days ago3.0I think they need more staff that are friendly, and should really keep up.on stocking items. The people now are very nice. Just needs work with getting in items, and also giving more free incentives to actually shop there? The new point system really is quite poor.
- JMJeri Sue Noah McGinnisOct 1, 20265.0The staff @ Petco on Buffalo Rd is SO helpful. They are knowledgeable & willing to "look it up" for an answer on product availability. Yes, Petco is a "big-box store, but the STAFF is hometown friendly & kind.
- MLMary LarsonOct 1, 20265.0Very well stocked with helpful staff. This made adopting my cat simple and easy.
- LALaura AmundsonSep 4, 20265.0Was greeted and asked if I needed help. No, I knew locations of what I came for. Quick checkout, pleasant clerk.
- BLBonna LSep 1, 20265.0Ive always had good experiences here with selection etc, but today was especially standout. My cat is in a cone and is having trouble with her litter box. The nicest employee told me about dog litter boxes. Lower walls and more space than a kitten box. And we discussed water bowls too. The kindness and knowledge was so helpful when I'm a little overwhelmed with cat's recovery journey.
