- ASAdam SmithJun 26, 20261.0I feel duped I qualified for a free initial exam for my dog the whole time it was just an upsell and trying to get me to spend way more money than almost any other vet that I've researched I would not and will not be taking my family pets here and I don't think that PetSmart is a company that I'm going to be purchasing and get my pet supplies from my recommendation would be to find a smaller independent veterinarian that is not just interested in having you pay a monthly fee to take care of your animals I'm sure it's a nice place but they're more concerned about making a dollars in it seems taken care of our beautiful fur babies
- MFMis FynnJun 14, 20261.0My Dogs have been patients here for so long, kept them here before they always treated them very well, this time around I am not sure that’s going on with them! My baby girl is suffering with kennel cough since Friday! Toke her in for a visit and was given something completely different and not completely helpful to her coughing and throwing up White foams! We were just in there on for an exam! Day letter I called to see if she can get a prescription for the kennel cough and I was told because it was a different doctor that examined her, this doctor on duty can’t help until I bring her in again! At this point I think it’s all about getting more money for exams than really caring for these pets! Why do another exam when I was just there less than 24hours! The doctor didn’t even give me any helpful advice in what to give my baby for the cough but told me to either go in for another visit or go to and ER. I think you guys should stop caring more for getting money out of people and start caring for these pets the right way.

We have spent the last 13 years with this staff and could never imagine going anywhere else. The people here care for and cherish every animal and person they work with. No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.

We believe that preventive care is the most effective way to keep your pet healthy throughout all stages of life. Our pet hospitals offer many preventive care treatments, including:

• Comprehensive Examinations
What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
