  Overpriced and Disappointing Experience I took my dogs in for their annual dental cleaning today, and I left feeling completely ripped off. They charged me $350 to remove a broken tooth, but the biggest issue was the inconsistent pricing and the way the situation was handled. My wife received a message stating the procedure would cost under $600, while I was told it would not exceed $400. When my wife called back, she was quoted $250–$350. So which price was it? We were also told that if we didn’t have the tooth removed today and had to bring our dog back later if it became infected, the cost could be three times as much. That felt like unnecessary pressure to make an immediate decision. What bothers me most is the lack of consistency and transparency. The front desk employee also claimed their prices were cheaper than those of her small-town veterinarian, but after checking prices elsewhere, that claim did not appear to be accurate. We have been going to this clinic for over 12 years, which makes this experience especially disappointing. After more than a decade of trusting them with our pets, I expected honest communication, consistent pricing, and better customer service. Unfortunately, this experience has left me questioning whether we can continue to trust this clinic.

  Upon arrival there was no one at the reception, I waited awhile and had to wave to get someone attention. I still waited a while. When someone came out to went straight to the phone, no greeting and all she said was I be right with you. I still waited awhile while she finished the call.

  Great for quick vaccinations but I did not have a great experience trying to get my cat diagnosed for her teeth problems. The receptionist and nurses were wonderful and helpful. But the doctor herself was rude, extremely disrespectful, and judgmental. When I asked about next steps to help my cat, she stated it like it was completely obvious and I was stupid to have asked. The nurses actually gave me advice on how to help my cat, and great recommendations. But we definitely will not be going back just because of how the doctor treated me.
