  I have been a client of BanFields for several years and have never been let down. Dr Marietta has been wonderful for everything and has literally addressed every single one of my concerns. This clinic was compassionate when I lost my older dog and was welcoming when I got my next dog. They have also helped me work through fear reactivity with one of my current dogs. Thank you for everything you do at this clinic. Bolt and Velvet appreciate you.

  Very helpful and friendly staff, clean and welcoming environment, and we are all set up with our Wellness Plan! Now for future appointments we just show up and leave when done! I love that they offer the Wellness Plan. I see that others have had issues with the plan, but you ultimately do have to pay for any services rendered. If your plan is paid monthly and you have used more “services rendered” than what you have paid in towards the plan, then there will be a remainder amount left over. I set up my plan because I know that I anticipate using everything on there and it is easy to do on a monthly payment. My pup needs neutered and the cost of that alone plus vaccines and visits along the way- more than paid for and I have a secure feeling that no matter what I can take him in for anything he needs and he’s covered. I was extremely happy to get a same day appointment when needed as well. We love Banfield!

  Such amazing staff from the time I walked in and through the whole process of putting my dog down. 😭💔 Taylor and dr stickler was amazing, very kind and compassionate through the whole process and didn’t rush anything and gave me as much time as I needed with my dog.

  I bring my dog Sundae here and they always do such a great job taking care of her! I’ve struggled finding a vet that does well with her since she is very fear reactive, they’ve always been so patient with her! I also brought my senior cat here to be put to rest, i had never been here with my cats before and they still took us in no problems, although it was a very hard decision they made it a very good experience, they took great care of my sweet boy. thank you so much, i will continue coming back with my dog and will be bringing my other cat here from now on!
