  We used to bring our dogs here to be groomed. We had the best experience with Jess F. . Then we were in a pinch and used another groomer and it was then worst mistake ever. We brought both of our dogs in and had them the both groomed. The new groomer left ample amounts of soap on our dogs and one literally turn his soapy skin into an infected hotspot in matter of hours. We contact the manager and everything was seemingly being handle. We were told that Petco would refund the money for both my dog’s grooming and bother their vet bills as they were both treated for skin issues after the visit. Then we were ghosted more than I’d like to admit. Supposedly a check was sent out to us, we were in the process of moving and we never received it. So I reached back out and here we are months later no reimbursement for our he grooming or the vet bills. I honestly would never bring your dog here unless you use Jess F. She is kind and sweet to your animals, honestly the only thing positive about that place.

  We absolutely love us embark. We’ve gone to the Pearl Ridge one for many years and now they have one here in Kapolei! It’s absolutely a beautiful store everyone of course always friendly. :-)
