  Jolie loved her grooming experience with Sarah. Sarah was very sweet to try and get us the best deal and I appreciate that. We will certainly be coming back for more grooming experiences.

  Roxanne is amazing!!! Sanoe too! My dog loves everyone, and has major anxiety and super hyper, but they are so good with her. Plus she always comes home smelling so good!

  I’d give them 0 stars if I could. I booked an appointment to get my dog groomed since I had just recently given birth and couldn’t groom my dog myself. I get there on the one day during the week where I have childcare so am able to take the dog, and I’m told that my dog would have to wait in the kennel for 2 hours because a “VIP” dog client was booked at the same time. I explained to them that I’m not able to make any other time because of my limited childcare (and limited range of motion because I had just gotten a C-section) and that had I been told that my dog would have to wait 2HOURS in a kennel I would have booked elsewhere. Go somewhere else. I ended up finding a local pet grooming service in Kaneohe who was more understanding of my limited time and physical capabilities, and they don’t overbook.

  Groomer- Kara E Large poodle mix. 3 years old When we first arrive Kara is feeling around my dog checking his coat and I can tell she is uncomfortable and her vibe is off. After checking for matting she puts him in the kennel and he begins to bark. My dog hates the kernel like the other 90% off dogs and this makes her even more uncomfortable. She checks on him three times while he's in the kennel then finally tells me they can't take him because he's too anxious and he will hurt himself in the kennel. I then offer to walk him around the store until she's ready and she tells me no. She then tells me I need to rebook him a VIP experience where he won't need to be kenneled. I said ok then after booking she tells me I need to cut his nails before we come back. I responded with, isn't that your job? Then she said his are too long and they only do trim. Well yes. They are long because we are at the groomers. My dog was groomed at the San Diego Petco for three years and we have never had one problem there. A kennel is the best spot for an anxious/ scared dog so they don't hurt themselves. Or I could have walked him until she was ready like I offered. A groomer should be able to cut all lengths of nails. Not sure if the problem is this location or this stylist.
