  I have a year old German Shepherd who was in desperate need of training, particularly due to her reactivity towards other dogs and anxiety issues. It was crucial for me to find the right trainer among the many options available, it was very confusing choosing until I met with Xavier. He is truly exceptional. Xavier sets realistic expectations, demonstrates a genuine passion for his work, and possesses a deep understanding of animal behavior. Following a board and train program with him, I have witnessed remarkable improvements in my dog's leash skills, attentiveness, reactivity, and anxiety levels. The post-training sessions have been invaluable, as Xavier patiently addresses all my questions and provides suggestions and honest feedback. As I near the end of our training sessions, I am very happy with our progress. Xavier has not only enhanced my dog's understanding of what is being asked and expected of her, but he has also boosted my confidence as a handler. Additionally, Xavier offers boarding services depending on availability post board and train, providing me with peace of mind when I am away knowing that my pet is in safe hands. The fact that my dog eagerly looks forward to returning to Xavier speaks volumes. This investment has truly been worth it, and I highly recommend Xavier's services without any hesitation.

  Our family couldn't be more thankful and blessed to have found Xavier and his team to train our dog, Charlie. Charlie had issues with dog aggression and after an incident with another dog we decided to get help. After 5 weeks with Xavier, Charlie was a completely different dog. His demeanor towards other dogs was like night and day and his obedience with us changed 100 percent. We cannot thank you enough for the affection and patience you gave our Charlie and the opportunity for a better life. Thank you so much!

  Update 9/12/21 - Malu continues to train with Von Lotus Haus and the follow up 1on1s are so key. Malu is still an amazingly trained GSD, the follow ups are great to help me remained disciplined in how to guide her and bring out her potential. ••• After Malu came home on after her initial three weeks with boarding @vonlotushausdogs . I saw a huge difference in her fundamentals. • If you are looking for dog training check out Xavier and Von Lotus Haus Dogs. His process is focused on learning the dog’s motivation trigger and then focusing on using that to motivate them to enjoy the work/training. He had a great personality and breaks down the why behind his method in a way that is easy to understand to continue with your dog long after the come home. Highly recommended.
