- LLLindseySep 24, 20265.0Our dog was happy, clean and the service we received was great! Our groomer gal was sweet, professional and took care of our pup as best as we could have expected! We will definitely be back for regular doggie spa treatments.
- KRKriss RoyerSep 17, 20261.0I AM SO UPSET! I took my Service Dog, (a 88 lb golden retriever) to Petco to have her nails trimmed today. I watched through the window. Let me tell you, my dog, is well behaved, she doesn't move during grooming. I usually use a private groomer but we were out of town and she needed her nails trimmed. The groomer was struggling to trim/drimmel her nails and leaned against my dog pushing her off the grooming stand leaving her struggling to hang on to their metal grooming table, while hanging by her neck!! The groomer struggled with lifting her back up onto the table and instead of calling for help, continued to try to lift her back up onto the table, while my dog was hanging by her neck! My husband was about to run in there, when the groomer finally got her up on the table. This should NOT have happened. I'm so upset! I can't find anywhere on their website to contact you about this. I will NEVER use your services again!
