We wanted to help socialize our 1-year-old pup with more dogs and people, so we decided to try daycare here a couple of times. Based on the services advertised: supervised group play, enrichment activities, socialization, personalized attention, and health/safety. This is why we felt comfortable giving them a try. To be fair, our pup did seem happy and tired after his first daycare experience, which initially made us feel optimistic about continuing services. However, there were several concerns during our experiences that ultimately caused us to lose confidence. When dropping him off, interactions felt rushed and impersonal. On both visits, there didn’t seem to be much interest in hearing important information about my dog or his care instructions. I brought a bag containing his meal and treats because the business advertises meal and treat accommodations for dogs with specific dietary needs. After the first visit, my pup came home with diarrhea. I later confirmed he had been given additional treats outside of what I provided. While they did apologize, I had assumed that providing his own food and treats would mean those were the only items given to him unless discussed otherwise. The second visit raised more serious concerns for me. When I arrived for pickup around 5:30 p.m., the front area was unattended for quite some time, When my pup was finally brought out, I discovered dried feces smeared on the left side of his neck and a smaller smear on his rear thigh. An apology was offered, and I was told that if they had noticed it, they would have bathed him. I appreciate the acknowledgment, but as a customer, it was difficult not to feel disappointed. If I’m paying for supervised daycare and care services, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect my dog to be returned in clean condition (especially when the issue was visibly noticeable). Afterward, I emailed requesting to speak with a manager or someone empowered to address the situation appropriately. Kylie, the store manager, did call me politely, and I appreciate her taking the time to do so. However, the conversation largely centered around understanding if we chose not to return rather than rebuilding trust or showing a stronger sense of concern about the experience itself. I’m not writing this as someone looking to complain for the sake of complaining. I understand accidents happen in daycare environments, and I know caring for groups of dogs can be challenging. What ultimately disappointed me most was the overall handling of the situation and the lack of reassurance that these concerns were taken seriously. Had the response felt more empathetic and solutions-oriented, I genuinely would have been open to giving them another opportunity. Unfortunately, after these experiences, I no longer feel comfortable trusting them with my pup’s care.

Very helpful staff, good handling of my pup, and reasonable pricing for full day care with grooming! Keep up the good work!

The won't take unneutered or unsealed dogs or large breeds.
