My experiences were exceptional in all aspects of fundamentals puppy training, grooming, veterinarian care, and the wide inventory of pet supplies.

This location has the nicest staff! I was greeted & helped by caring employees who guided me through the process of buying prescription food for my cat. Highly recommended shopping here

I was in the store in Labor Day and purchased a replacement filter for my cats Comfort Plus diffuser (this is an additional order to the very large order of cat food I placed and have yet to receive all items in the mail). The filter was in my hand at the register. However, an online order has to wait 1-2 hr to pickup. So I said, I'll come back to pickup. On Friday when I was checking a shipment of cat food I received from PETCO (and wondering where the other 5 boxes were) I saw that my replacement filter was "returned"? Today/Saturday, I just called your Petco Hawaii kai to determine what that meant. I learned from the store manager I have to buy it online again!? What?! I bought allot from you in Labor Day to take advantage of your 20% off discount--however I have to purchase again and NOT RECEIVE THE LABOR DAY DISCOUNT!!! I just spent hundreds of dollars in your store--super bad of PETCO. The Manager, said PETCO sent an email--I did not see any? Can you guarantee it did not go to spam? Cuz I never saw it or got any text from you? I log in each purchase at your store with my phone and did NOT RECEIVE A TEXT FROM PETCO!!! I did not know I had to pickup in 3 days!? I could have asked my son or daughter to pickup if I'd known. I work 6 days a week, I came in on Monday/Labor Day. I could have picked it up then and there, but you make customers wait 1-2 hr. Super crappy of PETCO!!! Real bad customer experience at PETCO. It's become such a gimmick, purchase online and get a as discount? But, you can only purchase a small amount as more is left in the store so the store does not run out of supplies. Very unhappy.

I went there to buy a gold fish for my son. The staff was very helpful. She explained how we had better care for fish.
