  I tried to order things online and it kept saying it’s not available and then when I went to go pick it up even more things weren’t available to do a pick up in the store but when I went in the store all those things were there they need to fix the disconnect between the Hawaii stores and online to match their inventory.

  This is my go to for all my pet supplies and small pets /fish etc. Staff very friendly and helpful! They have many services they provide and what they do not offer they will give you fliers on best places that meet your pets needs! Their awesome!

  Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with this grooming service. I brought my dog in for a grooming appointment, and when I picked him up, his haircut was noticeably uneven and poorly finished. I was also concerned by changes in his behavior following the visit. Prior to this experience, my dog was comfortable around other dogs and was not easily startled by normal movements around the house. Since the visit, he has become noticeably more anxious, including barking at other dogs and becoming frightened by small movements. I understand that every dog can react differently to grooming, but based on my experience, I would not return or recommend this service. If you’re looking for a groomer, I personally recommend Johnny’s Dog Spa Hawaii. I’ve had a much better experience with them.

  My visit to petco was actually ok. It was when I went to the register that I wasn't happy! They literally stopped online proce matching the week before. So, as you might guess I wasn't happy. Also had me thinking.... where am I going to shop now? Petco is sooo extremely expensive. Their onlice price match made it decent and easier to shop there. Now if they dont do that.... where will i shop?

  Never had a better groomer at even the fanciest of salons! Alex went above and beyond with my pets. After moving from the mainland my previously easy going poodle mix has become progressively more anxious during her grooming appts to where she can hardly hold still on the table and barks and jumps incessantly. We tried this location for the first time today and were graciously met by Alex who offered to clip her nails before starting to make her stay in the kennel more comfortable. He spoke gently to each dog and softly handled their collars and feet despite them both being very anxious. I’ve worked in the industry and had my dogs groomed for years and can genuinely say I’ve never met a more patient and kind groomer. While the groom took just a bit more time than he had expected, I was confident it was because of the delicate handling of my wiggly and anxious pets. I even saw them through the window give him kisses with his sweet approval. Their haircuts have never looked better and I’m willing to drive across island for someone who is genuinely concerned about the experience the animal has, not just turning out a pretty cut. We will be coming back Alex! Thank you for loving our babies. 💕🐶
