  Staff literally inspires awe. They are awesome!! I was greeted warmly and an employee helped me find exactly what I wanted. Hawai'i prices will always be high, but my pets deserve the best. Checkout was backed up, and staff immediately opened more registers to help us. I make the drive from west side just to shop here because the staff is knowledgeable and genuinely care. 100/100. Lots of parking too.

  The grooming salon is disgusting and so is the way they treat both animals and humans. I will never risk taking my dog to the Beretania location and will drive right past it and all the way to Hawaii Kai. The only consistency in both the Beretania Petco store and grooming salon is that they are both poorly managed, dirty, and employ apathetic people with interpersonal communication challenges.

  Staff and manager were helpful and kind, always price match online to get way better savings! These hemp calming treats work well for my anxious Doberman and 2 other dogs.

  Petco Beretania, cashier check out Abby was the most amazing person with wonderful customer care experience I’ve ever had anywhere!! I hope upper management can have more Abby’s working there, she is amazing!!!!!

  Store was clean but seemed messy. I had a hard time maneuvering throughout the store. At least 75% of the fish food was empty shelves. But Petco carries great products that typically are rated higher. Such as Fritz aquarium products compared to other superstores. Staffing friendly and helpful and will hold products for that day. Please pick your products up by store close so Petco can keep that option. Mahalo for great service Petco.
