Staff is extremely rude. Rooms are nasty. Both times I have been here they rush you in right after someone leaves. Dirty medication needles on the counter. Vets dont use gloves. My kittebwas stuck with the same syringe twice because the vet couldn't get the right spot. Upon leaving and asking for confirmation on what shots were give we received a call from the vet. They were extremely aggressive and condescending. Find somewhere else to take your pet.

My dog was to have a dental vist. When we arrive I am told that a $267 blood test is necessary,. My dog had her yearly comprehensive 1 month ago with a blod test. Can’t use the blood test has to be in last 2 weeks. Why a blood test when as a human I don’t have a test done whe I see my dentist? Rip off!

The people who work at the reception desk, it’s basically their first day on earth everyday. They have no clue what they’re doing ever, it’s very frustrating dealing with them.

I brought my dog in because he was having bloody stools. During that visit, I was encouraged to upgrade my wellness plan from about $80 per month to nearly $170 per month, and I was also charged approximately $300 for additional tests. After multiple tests were performed, I was told that nothing concerning was found and that it was probably something he had eaten. I was sent home with only dietary recommendations. About a week later, my dog developed persistent diarrhea. After several days, his condition worsened to the point where he was extremely weak and dehydrated, so I brought him back. A blood test was performed, and I was advised to do even more expensive testing, but my dog was sent home without any medication for the diarrhea, even though I explained that he had been sick for several days and had become so weak that he could barely move. What disappointed me the most was that the following day, the veterinarian contacted me and told me that if my dog was still having diarrhea, I should give him an anti-diarrheal medication and that I should not keep waiting. If I should not have been waiting, then I do not understand why that recommendation was not given during the appointment the day before. My impression is that these plans may work well for routine services such as vaccines and wellness checkups. However, when my dog developed a more serious health issue, I felt increasing pressure to spend more money on upgraded plans and additional testing while still not receiving clear answers or timely treatment. For that reason, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this clinic.
