I called five other clinics, explained the situation, and everyone declined to see him. When I contacted Houston Veterinary Clinic they immediately got us in, identified the problem, and scheduled him for dental work. From the moment I called until the moment we left, the customer service was absolutely amazing! They were kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about my Alfredo. They officially have a new customer! Thank you, Houston Veterinary Clinic, for taking such great care of my puppy!

If you are seeking a vet who is thorough in his examination; responsive to questions, including replying by text and/or email; kind; sensitive to costs, including providing options for in-house versus sending out; and kind—look no more. We have tried several vets in the area and have now found ours. The practice is family-owned, so there is no corporate influence. The staff and the environments are welcoming and encouraging. Read all the reviews—they echo our first-time experience. I encourage you to see for yourself that a first-class vet is indeed available and will do all he can for you and your pets. Sometimes, it is the little things that mean the most. Your pets’s name on the whiteboard so the staff know who is waiting on the other side. Or, allowing you to stay in the room so your pet knows you haven’t left them alone. Or staying to just listen when you need to speak up for someone who can’t speak for themselves.
