- CCCassSep 25, 20261.0Multiple times I have been to PETCO and nearly all bagged dog food is infested with bugs to the point they’re crawling out of the bags and all over the shelves. Management is aware and does nothing, doesn’t care about selling contaminated food and feeding it to innocent animals as long as they make a sale. There should be legal repercussions to selling contaminated products. This problem has been consistent for a year. The one time I thought there was no bugs I got home and opened the bag to find it full of maggots, a waste of nearly $100 because I will not feed that to my pets! I wish I took photos but I was so disgusted I just wanted the bugs out of my house before I had an infestation.

- EJEmma JeanSep 5, 20261.0I spent over 300$ at the store setting up a betta sorority ( no it isn’t my first one) I also had gotten tetras who ended up having ich so it killed all 7 of my bettas and my 9 tetras. While I’m still with in the 30 days of purchase like the guy told me I needed to be to get a refund. I Ended up disposing of the fish, and as I’m calling them 7 times to ask them about a refund before I drive the 30 minutes there and supposedly no one said I need to have the fish with me when I bought them, so thank you for the wasted 300$ I can’t even get back! When it was something they sold me that was diseased. THANK YOU!
