Can't sell me items due to acclimation, and just refuse to let me know when I can buy. ????? Previous visit... Included manager insisting ill items in tank, I have been watching for a month plus , just came in this week.. & Another.. Tanks were out of stock . Almost everything need to restock, is in quarantine... Well turns out it's there because it is a customers order.. Not to replenish regular stock .. Nevermind getting help if you need something.. I Will share experience, & wont be back. Edit/update. It is very unproductive to kept directing commenters to contact someone at the store that is being commented on.. These are the people who were NOT helping in the store. In my case, it was the manager giving me a line of bs about the items in the saltwater area... How is it going to help to contact the same person, to grieve my differences....... Only goes to show corporate does care about customers either.....

As a reptile owner, it's VERY disturbing to overhear an employee informing a new reptile owner that waxworms are better for them over dubia roaches, mealworms, or crickets- when in fact they are rated the WORST main food source, and should be an occasional treat in small amounts. Then, when I tried to intervene and correct that information for the safety of their new pet, I was met with an attitude and tried to tell me that's not what she had said when I was standing RIGHT there the entire time looking at the baby geckos and the scorpions. Then looking at the cricket supply, not only did they have an isle full of dead, decomposing crickets, they didn't have the tub they're usually in out for reptile owners to get some.

If I could skip the star ranking I would! I shopped here today around 2:30pm. What the general public doesn’t know is that the groomers aren’t allowed to use the register. Apparently they’re also restricted from going to get a cashier or store associate to ring out customers. I was part of a five customer line as we rung the bell over and over as we waited to check out. I went over to ask a worker with black hair wearing a black shirt who was sitting behind the counter that’s near the entrance if she could get us some help. She asked “did you ring the bell” where she was in ear shot from and undoubtedly hear it being rung. I said yes we have rung the bed and then she said “well wait”. Then she got up and went to room behind the counter and sat on the floor after some snark remarks to her fellow groomer. I had to leave the line and go find help. Customer service sucked. I asked for the manager and the stocker that came to help said he suddenly left. I don’t care about the results of this review. I take solace in knowing I as well as the other shoppers in line all agreed that online shopping is the way to go.
