First time visit and it went very well. The staff was very easy to talk to, and the doctor went over everything. I will continue to come here.

I was late to my appointment. I thought my appointment was at 8:30, but it was at 8:15. My fault.
I was informed they have a five minute late policy. I was also told they had no patience currently, but the next appointment should be there anytime. It was 8:35, and they didnt allow us to be seen. Be consistent with your policy, otherwise it seems subjective.

Trey was very helpful during my visit. There was a mixup with the scheduling but him and other staff made sure to get my baby vaccinated. Pretty small wait time with very attentive and kind staff. And all of my babyβs tests came back great!

KT Thomas is the absolute best! π«Άπ½ππ½
My story is that I found a crying kitten in my planter box outside of my kitchen window during a stormy Monday night. I've had it for a full week and kept it fed and happy until I could figure out what to do. I am 44, I've human baby sat and dog sat before but never had any animals or kids of my own, so I was pretty nervous. The kitten has a few patches of hair missing, some skin problems and some discharge coming from it's eyes so I had NOT touched it without gloves on the whole time.
Finally, I took it to Vetco Total Care 1630 Scenic hwy 124 Snellville, Ga 30078 and met KT where she was available to give me all the information I needed to understand what to do with this kitten.
KT was very nice, knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and just extremely helpful! She spoke very clearly so I wouldn't feel overwhelmed with the information I was about to receive. She taught me about the difference between indoor and outdoor cats. She informed me of the medical center information like what to do for vaccines and health care. Also, information on how much money it will possibly cost to keep and take care of a cat. So, I had a decision to make. Keep it or find it another home. I was conflicted because I didn't know if I could afford to keep it or if I wanted to deal with it at all since I was very new to all the information. The police department and the humane society were not able to take it due to the overflow of cats they house.
KT gave me more comfort on what the veterinarian visits would look like. Which is really not that bad after you get the kitten food, litter box, and vaccines needed. For a kitten she recommended the package deal price for the first 3 visits needed. It was very affordable for someone who doesn't have a lot of money or time. After you get the vaccines done you would only need one visit per year for a healthy kitten.
I didn't know if it was a girl or a boy but I had been calling it Stormy all week. She took it to the exam room to check the gender. It's a Girl! About 7 weeks old. She brought me into the room and continued the encouragement of being a Cat Mom. Lol. π She taught me how to clip it's nails first. Then let me try it out. I was nervous still because I have never trimmed an animals nails before either. She guided me through the process and it was not hard at all.
I finally asked the kitten if she wanted to come home and stay with me. KT and I saw with our own eyes that Stormy looked right at me and NODDED YES! I immediately got emotional and started tearing up with love.
KT said congratulations on becoming a Cat Mom! I'm very happy and still a little nervous but we are going to be wonderful together.
I am booking my first appointment for next week to start the vaccine program and keeping my baby kitten Stormy!
KT!!! Thank you so much for all your valuable knowledge, comfort, encouragement, guidance and support! Stormy and I will definitely see you again very soon! π
