  Got a dog for the first time in forever every years, and l found out they have a vet services here, so I brought my dog. Very affordable too!

  I genuinely have never made a review on a place in my life but I guess there’s a first for everything. I usually take my puppy to petco to get groomed and have no issues however our usual place was hooked so we decided to glance at another location which clearly wasn’t booked FOR GOOD REASON. We dripped him off everything was fine until we came to get him and he was still damp n dirty?? … I made it very clear I wanted a refund because I wanted to take him elsewhere and I was told I couldn’t have a refund but they could give him another bath.. I told them I didnt want the same place giving him a bath after my dog already received a bath and it was nowhere up near to par.. he smelled bad he was and he was dirty .. but i’m supposed to accept another bath.. I repeated that I would just like a refund and we can leave it at that and yet again I was told “the girl is new my experienced groomer will do it” I agreed because I was trying to avoid making a scene in their establishment.. less that a day later his coat feels terrible and looks like he never went to the groomer.

  I had a very good experience as the manager helped recommend a good quality weight management food for my dog. He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

  I am a premier customer, and this is the second and last time I will bring my Yorkie here. I would prefer a groomer to tell me if they lack experience with a particular cut rather than deliver such a poor result. He had plenty of hair to achieve the desired look, and I am extremely disappointed. I could have easily bought some clippers myself and achieved a similar cut. This haircut was done by Jayde. Please compare the picture of how he looked before to what I requested and how he looked when I picked him up. Additionally, they want you to pay before they bring your pet out, and I should have requested that they bring him out first. Furthermore, she had the nerve to claim he was matted when he wasn't. Just admit you became overzealous with the clippers. This is simply unacceptable!
