  Staff was super friendly and pointed me in exactly the right direction for my purchase. Was looking for Timothy hay for our rabbits, not you ordinary request. A little far from our house but well worth the drive.

  Came in an hour before closing looking to purchase an animal, I understand you have only two employees on the closing shift, but I waited 40 minutes to get help after asking an employees, after that I walked up to the same employee for help again stating that their other employee never came by, and she made excuse after excuse to why her colleague never came over, when I asked can I make the sale with her then, she told me that I can not purchase an animal 2 minutes before closing, like that’s why I came in at 7, you close at 8

  I sat here since 7:15PM waiting for someone to assist me in small animals. I went up to the front for help she said someone would be right with me when 7:50 came by I went up again and got told they could not complete an animal sale this late. Not only did they waste 40 minutes of my time but they lost a customer too.

  I've been shopping at this particular Petco for years. I've often wondered why so many harnesses sold there have insufficient adjustment capability at the upper chest/neck areas. Those I've tried over the years from Petco, and returned, were exactly because every single harness does not have sufficient ability to lengthen the upper portion of the harness because it does not have enough strip length to let out. In fact every single one I tried, the strip at the upper chest/neck was too short even though you had the mechanism in place to make adjustments. This is a manufacturing flaw in all those harnesses I found.

  Appointment was at 1pm didn't leave until 4:35pm...Then it was a rush job.. because she said I have a customer ahead of you..and that was at 3:45...she saw I was becoming real irate... said. Let me call the other customer...got back with me ...and my dog was finished under 30 to 40 mins ...horrible grooming...Will I go back ......NO
