Very good store, clean, with great selection of products. Not crowded. I always found what I was looking for.

My dog was never nervous when I bathed her. After bringing her here to be bathed, her behavior completely changed. When she was returned to me, her ears were very red and she was extremely nervous. Since then, she no longer allows me to bathe her and becomes very anxious whenever I try. I am very concerned about what may have happened during her bath that caused such a significant change in her behavior.

This was my first time bringing a 4-pound toy poodle here for grooming, so I didn’t really know what to expect. Unfortunately, I wasn’t happy with the haircut, and it was also very expensive. Overall, not a good experience

Grooming department is the worst. Ve G has zero customer skills and can’t be trusted to groom a doodle. Went to give them a second try and when I was greeted by Ve G, I requested a different groomer. I was assigned Rani R who was no better. If you had doodles do not trust either of them. We will never be back.

I have a nervous little pup (Murphy) and Kira always does an amazing job! I definitely recommend her. Her experience shows.
