I took my precious baby Kyndall in to Banfield Pet Hospital in Snellville yesterday for a routine service for shots and teeth cleaning when they called me and said my baby didn’t make it. I was so confused and didn’t understand. They told me that the anesthesia machine malfunction and she had passed. I was in shock and still in disbelief. Apparently it cut her oxygen off and she died. I don’t understand as she was 13 years old and nothing was wrong with her. Dr Williams advised me that he wasn’t in the room when it happened so a tech is responsible for taking my babies life. I’m heartbroken and the pain is unbearable. My little baby is gone and we had to come see her wrapped in a blanket. I don’t not wish this on anyone and someone needs to be held accountable. I will do all I can cause someone messed up. My little girl is gone, please do your research as my dog that is 13 yrs old, we should have been advised about the equipment being used and the risk based on her age. The thing is she didn’t die because she was too old, she died to equipment taking her life. I left my baby, which I thought in good hands to now see her gone. This isn’t real it seems. Please do your research of the risk that these machines are used because they can be devastating. Rest my little angle, you will be missed so much❤️

Receptionist was a little stressed because someone on the phone wasn’t being nice. She could use smile lessons! The tech was very caring, made Bella and me comfortable. Kept me informed of test progress. The vet was very caring and concerned about Bella’s health. He recommended a few things she could use and recommended against getting her yearly pro heart vaccine which I agreed with. We’ll definitely be back.

I had a positive experience except I was not expecting to pay so much for flea & tic prevention medication. The assistant, the Dr & the front desk personnel were extremely nice & customer service oriented. I was actually expecting a negative experience after reading some of the reviews, so I may have gone in with an attitude. I am glad I used my free exam certificate from paws Atlanta. I will go to them for Milo's veterinary necessities. I just hope the cost of the visit was n̈ot included in the cost of the medication. 😁.

Professional, polite, and kind. I was skeptical at first due to other reviews. Place is clean and smells very nice. First experience gets a 100%

I am extremely disappointed with this location. I scheduled a drop-off appointment for my dog's wellness exam and prescription refill. I clearly communicated the reason for the appointment three separate times: when I initially scheduled it, when I checked in at the clinic, and again after waiting 30 minutes with no updates and having to ask a front desk staff member for assistance. Despite all of that, I didn't receive a call until 4:30 p.m., when I was told they had just figured out that my dog was one of their patients. They also admitted they didn't know what they were supposed to do because my dog had been left in the back without any notes or instructions. It's hard to understand how this could happen after the purpose of the visit had been communicated multiple times throughout the day. I genuinely don't have the words for this level of incompetence and lack of communication. I will never be returning to this location, and I would strongly advise others to consider it only as a last resort.
