Some of the staff are pleasant—and I truly mean only two that I have personally encountered—but the rest are clearly not “people people.” I understand that the veterinarians are busy, but trying to speak with them is almost impossible. We have been long-time customers, but since COVID, the experience just hasn’t been the same. Ultimately, we decided to go with private care, where our furbabies receive the love, attention, and personal care that makes them feel welcomed and valued. ❤️🐾
- BPBilly PelhamAug 25, 20261.0I took my precious baby Kyndall in to Banfield Pet Hospital in Snellville yesterday for a routine service for shots and teeth cleaning when they called me and said my baby didn’t make it. I was so confused and didn’t understand. They told me that the anesthesia machine malfunction and she had passed. I was in shock and still in disbelief. Apparently it cut her oxygen off and she died. I don’t understand as she was 13 years old and nothing was wrong with her. Dr Williams advised me that he wasn’t in the room when it happened so a tech is responsible for taking my babies life. I’m heartbroken and the pain is unbearable. My little baby is gone and we had to come see her wrapped in a blanket. I don’t not wish this on anyone and someone needs to be held accountable. I will do all I can cause someone messed up. My little girl is gone, please do your research as my dog that is 13 yrs old, we should have been advised about the equipment being used and the risk based on her age. The thing is she didn’t die because she was too old, she died to equipment taking her life. I left my baby, which I thought in good hands to now see her gone. This isn’t real it seems. Please do your research of the risk that these machines are used because they can be devastating. Rest my little angle, you will be missed so much❤️
