My experience with this veterinary hospital was mixed. While I appreciate the care my pet received, I had some concerns about the billing process and the nutritional recommendations that I think are worth sharing.
My primary concern involved the recurring membership billing. After reviewing the overall costs, it appeared that paying for my pet's care as services were needed may have been less expensive than participating in the membership plan. Every pet owner's situation is different, but I believe the costs and potential benefits should be explained more clearly so clients can make an informed decision.
I also had a difference of opinion regarding the dog food recommendations. I felt there was a strong preference for the brand sold by the hospital, while my dog has done well for years on a premium-quality food from another manufacturer. I would have appreciated a more open discussion recognizing that there are several quality nutritional options available depending on a pet's individual needs.
The hospital's pricing also seemed to be on the higher side compared to other veterinary practices I have used, although that may simply be typical for the area. While I understand that costs vary from clinic to clinic, I personally felt that paying for services individually may have been a better value in my situation.
After I shared my concerns, an office employee contacted me to discuss them. During the conversation, they apologized for the misunderstanding regarding the membership billing and offered to refund my final month's membership charge. I appreciated that the practice took the time to reach out, listen to my concerns, and make an effort to resolve the issue.
Although we ultimately had different perspectives on the membership program and nutritional recommendations, I appreciate the effort that was made to address my concerns. My hope is that the hospital continues to improve communication about recurring billing and remains open to discussing a variety of appropriate nutritional options so pet owners can make informed decisions for their animals.

I just recently adopted a rescue dog (Pit-Dalmation mix). I wanted to get established at a vet and many people from my neighborhood recommended East Coweta Vet. I am so happy that I decided to use this vet. The business was very clean and well kept. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. All of the staff loved on my "Spot" and made him feel very welcome. They gave us suggestions on several different things for my dog. The Dr. was very friendly, comforting, and knowledgeable as well. My dog took to the whole staff. We decided to sign up for their wellness plan which actually saved us a fortune (as well all know pet care can get pricey). I was able to get ALL of Spot's shots, ALL of his maintenance meds, and blood work done for about $250 which is a great price in my opinion (price based on breed, size, need, etc.). After a 1st visit, I love this vet and I highly recommend them to everyone. 😁❤️

DR. RAY is an amazing care provider. She is extremely skilled and intelligent, she is ery thorough. Robin, the clinic manager is one of the kindest and funny souls ever. The whole team is by far, the best vet team in my 55 years, I have seen. They also have an amazing wellness program that bring affordability to those us challenged with funds these days

Not bad at all but it is quite an old building with limited rooms. Have to wait a bit even tho you are on schedule which needs to be looked at, the floors are super dirty and not clean. Other than that staff is good and feels very welcomed.
