- CNChantel Neal3 days ago5.0Today our family had to make one of the hardest decisions any pet owner can face and say goodbye to our sweet Gidget. From the moment I arrived, Dr. Benson and the vet tech treated me with such genuine kindness, compassion, and respect. They gave me the time I needed, answered my questions with patience, and made sure Gidget was comfortable and surrounded by love in her final moments. Their empathy helped bring peace during an incredibly heartbreaking day, and I will always be grateful for the care they showed not only to Gidget, but to me. No one ever wants to be in this situation, but if you are, I can't thank Dr. Benson and her team enough for making such a painful goodbye as gentle and compassionate as it could possibly be. Thank you for helping our family give our precious girl a peaceful farewell.

The first thing she told me was that they do not provide health certificates. I told her that was fine because my dog still needed three vaccines anyway. Then she asked me which vaccines he needed, and in the middle of our conversation she said, “Let me check in these other people first.” She proceeded to check in people who had just arrived behind me and left me waiting while she helped them instead. So I called PetSmart and made an appointment with them. Very poor customer service and bad manners on her part.

They listed off many things wrong with him with no explanation to what they were and no empathy as if I gave him the issues myself. We were in and out for his rabies shot but everyone there was really rude I don’t recommend.
