  Portofino, my 3-year-old Maltese, was in need of companionship after losing his buddy, our beloved 14 yrs old Bichon Frise, Bacio From his very first visit to Puppy Haven, he felt welcomed and comfortable. Kay was absolutely wonderful—courteous, friendly, caring, and incredibly attentive. She immediately made him feel special and helped make the transition so much easier. It has now been a month since he started going to Puppy Haven, and I couldn’t be happier. The entire team and management are truly top-notch. You can tell they genuinely care about every dog that comes through their doors. Kudos to the entire Puppy Haven team for providing such a warm, safe, and caring environment. Highly recommended!

  We love puppy haven! Our dogs have been groomed, attended daycare several times, and stayed for a week of boarding. We have been so pleased with every service and interaction that we have had. The pupdates with pics of our boys and details about their day during boarding are so fun and sweet! It’s also a huge bonus that they offer to bathe them before pickup! All of the employees seem really happy at their job and they seem to truly love animals too!

  As a professional groomer who has worked with dogs for years, I’ve honestly never encountered an odor this pungent in a dog daycare facility. The front area behind the desk was also a complete mess and looked very unprofessional. If the area customers can see is being kept in that condition, it really makes you wonder what the kennel areas look like when customers aren’t around. The smell was so strong that I was concerned the air return could be from the facility. For a business caring for dogs, cleanliness, organization, sanitation, and proper ventilation should be priorities. Based on what I saw and smelled, I would have serious concerns about the overall condition of the facility.

  We absolutely love this puppy daycare and boarding facility! The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely caring. We always feel confident leaving our puppy here, whether it’s for daycare or overnight boarding. It’s clear that the team truly loves the dogs and goes above and beyond to make sure they are happy, safe, and well cared for. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place they can trust with their pup!
