  The location in Sandy Springs GA has been where our pets (3 dogs) over 15 years have had the best groomers with lots of love an affection. Our groomer for the past 10 years, Jennifer has my Oreo enamoured and whining as we get close to Petco. Great staff!

  Awful customer service for grooming salon. Canceled 20 minutes before appointment and we were already at the store. Lady up front selective of dogs they consider - seem to have taken all smaller dogs.

  I’ve taken my large doodle puppy to this Petco for vet services and grooming. I have had great experiences with both. This is the first time I have had a large dog and a dog with coarse curls. Both services have given me great education and recommendations for how to keep my puppy happy and healthy. I really recommend Karen in grooming!

  not a bash review but i am frustrated ; i placed a order at the sandy springs petco today ; around 1 i went to pick it up the guy at the register said he cancelled the order even though i had a substitute and he also had the substitute ready at the front. my issue was , it defeats the purpose to propose a substitute if you’re gonna cancel the order as a whole ; this is the week b4 payday so i’m on a budget lol now i have to wait for the charge to post back to my account and i have 3 greedy cats that would’ve run through that one box in a day!!!! a HUGE inconvenience , and i’m not sure if he’s new or experience but either way the way he went about that order was not protocol hence them asking me to choose a sub
