  I visited this Petco and only had a simple yes-or-no question. Instead of helping me, the manager, Carissa, was very dismissive and directed me back to the cashier, who was already busy assisting customers. I didn’t want to interrupt or bother him while he was helping others. Meanwhile, Carissa was on the phone having a conversation. It would have taken no more than 30 seconds to answer my question. As a manager, leading by example means stepping in to help when your team is busy, not sending customers back to employees who are already occupied. Carissa, you can do better. A little professionalism and willingness to help can make a big difference in a customer’s experience

  Typically compact with narrow isles. Petco seems to offer smaller stores that have a little bit of a lot of different products. This one is like that. It's very compact and crowded with narrow aisles. There were employees restocking some things and that may have contributed to the crowded presentation. I just stopped in to pick up a bag of dog treats. I was in a hurry and the layout of the store was not obvious, so I asked for help. The person took me right to that section. He speculator a little bit but seemed to have no idea about the products. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes with a couple of bags of things that I liked.. Yay.

  Although the groomer was very nice, I brought 2 Shih Tzus to get groomed. They said the 13 yo was fine and the 10 yo gave them a hard time, she didn’t like them touching her legs. They didn’t do their paw pads or her nails, their bellies weren’t done and their whole bodies were uneven. They are groomed monthly and this should have been an easy job. I’m not really happy. I paid 66.00 plus a supplies fee which brought it up to 71.00 for each dog. I tipped him because he did spend time with my dogs but I won’t be returning.

  I LOVE THIS PETCO FOR MY FUR BABY!!!! LARRY IS A VERY TALENTED GROOMER, MAKES MY FUR BABY COMFORTABLE, AND EXPLAINS THE GROOMING PROCESS. I HAVE HIGH ANXIETY WHEN IT COMES TO VET APPOINTMENTS FOR MY FUR BABY!!!! GABRIELLE COMFORTS ME WITH HER CALM VOICE, PROFESSIONALISM, PERSONALITY, AND PATIENCE THROUGHOUT THE VISIT. SHE IS CLEAR WHEN EXPLAINING QUESTIONS ASKED. I'M LOOKING FORWARD TO PRINCE'S NEXT VISIT!! THANK YOU, PETCO!!! ❤️

  This store particular has a young employee...her quote was "a breaded dragons basking spot should not be over 100°" this is sad....please don't ask none of those stores for suggestions they are not trained by no means they're just high schoolers....if you have a reptile consult with a professional not a petco or petsmart...there like a Walmart and just have license to sale reptiles!! There all full of bad information when it comes to reptiles. Im not a professional but I know she has no idea what she was talking about hopefully she reads this ...funny its 105°-115°....you're welcome
