  We cannot say enough good things about this daycare and boarding team. Our two dachshunds, Gus and Griffey, have been coming here for over 5 years for regular play days (usually at least twice a week) and boarding; and they/we genuinely love it! As dog parents, it means so much to have a place we fully trust. The staff are incredibly caring, patient, and communicative, and you can tell they truly know and love the dogs they care for. Whether it’s daycare or boarding, we always feel completely comfortable leaving our boys in their hands. One of the biggest signs of how much they enjoy it is how excited they get when we arrive, and how happy, exhausted, and content they are when we pick them up. It’s honestly become like a second home for them. If you’re looking for a place where your dogs will be safe, loved, well cared for, and have a great time, we highly recommend them!

  We bring our dachshund fudge there weekly and could not be happier! He is always so excited as we’re pulling in. They take such good care of him and we highly recommend! Look forward to taking fudge there for a long time.

  Puppy Haven has been convenient for my boyfriend and me. Their pricing is affordable, the staff is kind, and the flexible hours honestly make a huge difference for people with real work schedules. I tried looking into other options like Rover, but a lot of them were either more expensive or had strict pickup windows which just isn’t realistic sometimes when you work a 9–5. Some days you leave early, some days you stay late, and Puppy Haven’s flexibility has taken a lot of stress off of us. Suki always comes home happy and tired, and overall it’s been a great fit for our lifestyle. Unfortunately, after about 3 weeks of going 3x a week, she did develop a cough that ended up leading to a $1,000 vet bill. Thankfully we have a membership at Petfolk, otherwise it would’ve cost even more. I understand that exposure to other dogs comes with some risk and that dogs probably build immunity over time, but I do hope sick dogs are being monitored closely and the facility is being cleaned and sterilized frequently. Overall we’ve had a positive experience, but if she were to get sick again soon, it would definitely become a concern for us.

  We enrolled our Cairn Terrier puppy, Pippa, in a puppy training and day care package at Puppy Haven. It has been a great experience for Pippa and for us! Everyone at Puppy Haven is joyful and welcoming and the whole environment feels happy and secure. Pippa absolutely loves her time there and we are very pleased with her training and socialization progress. We feel so fortunate to have such a great “haven” available in our neighborhood and highly recommend Puppy Haven!

  I cannot say enough great things about this location and the people running it. Everyone is incredibly kind to customers and their furry friends. Every time I approach the location, my little beagle Baxter lights up with excitement. He always comes home happy and exhausted from a fully day of play, attention, and love. A couple of weeks ago, I was taken back when picking up Baxter, I was given a condolence card for the loss of another beagle, Miss Dolly. Various staff members shared their condolences and fond memories of our departed girl. Their notes brought a tear to my eyes. Thank you team for all that you do! You're incredible!
