  I met Dr. Zelere for the first time. He was kind with my cat Collette. Listened carefully when I explained the symptoms. He recommended a medication to treat the UTi and explained to me why it was the best to treat the condition when I expressed my negative previous experience using it in my cats. He is a blessing to Bandfiel and the customers. I hope his pay is competitive so he won't leave like other previous doctors have. Thank you Dr. Zelere. My kitty loves you.❤️

  The visiting vet on duty, could not be bothered to speak with me. Instead they opted to have the cashier run back and forth between us. I’d like to think she was busy though it did not appear they had any patients at the time. In short I needed to purchase a syringe as my cat is recovering from a procedure and the syringe given to assist in feeding was damaged. They would not sell me a syringe as they “didn’t know the story and would be liable” I’m sure my normal vet will be happy to provide me one when they reopen. Hopefully my pet doesn’t pass away because this disinterested provider could t be mothers to sell me a feeding tube or even ask why I might need such. If this is how banefield treats patients arriving in need there’s no wonder why there was a lack of line. I had always heard the horror stories of people visiting these in store clinics but this was my first experience with their utter lack of compassion and/or concern. I’ll be happy to post images of my starving cat later since this review is asking for photos but right now I’m going to try the urgent care for people where at least they won’t give me a BS reason to not sell me a $2 plastic tube.

  Dr Becerra and the rest of the vet team were so compassionate and thorough when helping us through end of life care for our dog.

  I had an issue with my pet’s medical record not being sent to them in time. They made sure to still take care of my pet after I confirmed she is fully vaccinated and they’re all up to date. After they took care of us, they got her medical records on their email and everything was good! I’m glad they didn’t denied service and sent me home with a sick pet and were careful enough to see us!

  Our family is so pleased with this location. We send all 3 of our dogs here and they’ve always gone above and beyond for them. If you’re looking for a vet in the local Roswell/Alpharetta/Milton area, let it be these guys. Our dogs are practically our children, and we trust them fully every time they have an apt there. The vet and staff truly go above and beyond.
