- SSSonja Stockett6 days ago5.0My chihuahua mix was in bad shape this morning. He had the runs, had vomited a couple of times and was not eating so I brought him in. I am in some financial straights at the moment so I was very emotional during the visit. Lilly was very calming and helped me find ways to get him treated where it didn't take all of the little I had. She treated my little demon very well and even bounced him like a baby while he was being treated. She really went above and beyond. He is not the easiest dog to deal with when he doesn't know you so I was really worried about that. The girl at the front desk was very helpful also, I wish I could remember her name. Thanks for making a serious health issue and stressful situation something manageable!

Like girl why did you ask me a question just to ignore me and then expect me to repeat it??? I left. Clearly they do not care. Unless you’re white. I will never go here again.

He recommended a medication to treat the UTi and explained to me why it was the best to treat the condition when I expressed my negative previous experience using it in my cats. He is a blessing to Bandfiel and the customers. I hope his pay is competitive so he won't leave like other previous doctors have. Thank you Dr. Zelere. My kitty loves you.❤️

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
