You don’t have to be on file to have experienced a business. I am a rescuer who trapped a stray cat with a neck laceration near your property and was refused help. I spent $700 out of pocket to get that stray cat the emergency care AND NEUTERED - your office turned away. I called about microchipping - and was appalled at the rate And then in your own response, you admitted that more injured cats were living on your property and that your solution was to force their removal. You are a veterinary hospital. Injured animals were on your grounds. And your response was to MAKE them leave. Not treat them. Not help them. Remove them. That is not care. That is liability management. Outdoor and feral cats belong in their colonies. Forcing removal displaces them from their territory, separates them from their food sources, and puts them at serious risk. Anyone with genuine knowledge of community cat welfare knows this. A practice that claims to care about animals in the community should know this too. Feral cats have no safety net. Rescuers carry the entire weight: trapping, transporting, paying. I trapped. I transported. I paid $700. You said no. You don't need a client record to have experienced a business. You need to have shown up and been turned away. $90 for a microchip is a pricing decision, not a cost necessity. TNR partnerships, low-cost spay/neuter support, emergency triage for community rescuers; that is what actually showing up for your community looks like. The cats didn't choose to be outside. You had every tool and resource to help. You chose not to. TWICE. Your own response made that undeniable. ———————————— Corporate owned and corporate greed. do not care about community cats or owners who lose their animals at their clinic. They offered no assistance to the feral cats next to their facility. $90 microchip ? INSANE pricing.

The team always takes such great care of Milo during our visits. They are gentle, attentive, and truly concerned about his health. I feel completely comfortable discussing any concerns with them, and they always provide helpful, thoughtful advice.

We had a fantastic experience. Everyone was nice to us. Dr. Kara was exceptionally caring and detail oriented. We loved her and a sweet young nurse lady! My boy Biscuit was very pleased and didnt freak out during blood draw nor vaccine shots. We are very grateful. The new patient $25 visit gave me a leverage to take care of other procedures i deferred from last year. It worked out very well for us. They were honest and answered all my questions. The front desk ladies were very kind as well. Purrrrrfect experience. Thanks a lot guys!
