During one of the most difficult times of our lives, the entire staff went above and beyond to care for both our beloved pet and our family. Every person I encountered was kind, compassionate, and genuinely caring. A special thank you to Dr. Westmoreland, whose kindness and empathy meant more to me than words can express. He treated our pet with dignity, love, and respect until the very end. Losing a pet is heartbreaking, but the compassion shown by Dr. Westmoreland and the staff helped bring comfort during such a painful time. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine concern will never be forgotten. We are forever grateful for the care they provided and would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a veterinary team that truly cares.

Explains his findings, options and next steps. Appreciate that they do their exams in the room as well. Highly recommend!
