However, finding an associate for assistance can be a challenge, and when help is available, the level of expertise regarding specific animal care can vary significantly. The most concerning aspect of recent visits has been the maintenance of the live animal sections. The aquatic and reptile enclosures sometimes appear neglected, with water clarity issues or suboptimal habitat conditions that are distressing to see. Additionally, the checkout process frequently feels understaffed, leading to long wait times even during off-peak hours.

  This is a grooming experience only: let’s start off with I overall LOVE THIS PETCO! But my grooming experience today for my shitzu (Brownie) wasn’t pleasant. I 100% recommend no one to book the groomer Myka! She was extremely rude and gave nasty attitude. For a customer coming in spending $100 for a dog cut should have been treated way better. I explained how I wanted my dog cut and she did the OPPOSITE! I asked for a round face cut and he definitely doesn’t have it! I even showed her a picture. I feel like she had an attitude and that’s why my dog didn’t get the service he needed! This is very upsetting! Was not happy with this visit. I will never use her again and I will be back to use others. The first picture is what she did and the second is the picture of how I wanted it (which she said she knew how)
