The store has a good variety and is always clean! The last few times I visited there seemed to be a decline in customer service (Nicholas).

The experience with the actual veterinarian was decent. We adopted a shelter dog with some issues and we came in because he has been obsessively biting himself. We were told he has food allergies which is why he has dandruff, flaky skin and stinky ears. The last dog we had suffered from serious seizures after we gave him flea and tick meds, so we have been hesitant to give them to this dog. The intake lady came across as rude and told us it was going to be at least $1000 to address his issues. When I explained I couldn't afford that all in one day, her tone was short with both me and my wife. They told us he was "covered" in fleas, and we needed to give him two different meds that would kill everything and have pest control come out and bomb our house and yard. It was almost $500 for two dogs flea meds and one round of heart guard. Our dogs have been bathed 3 times in a week, we bombed the house and washed literally everything, and the dogs are still itching. The intake lady also hit my dogs face with the heavy door when she came into the room quickly without looking to see where he was. Overall I will probably go somewhere else.
