The shelves are generally well-stocked with a great variety of high-quality food brands and specialized supplies, making it a convenient one-stop shop for basic needs. However, finding an associate for assistance can be a challenge, and when help is available, the level of expertise regarding specific animal care can vary significantly. The most concerning aspect of recent visits has been the maintenance of the live animal sections. The aquatic and reptile enclosures sometimes appear neglected, with water clarity issues or suboptimal habitat conditions that are distressing to see. Additionally, the checkout process frequently feels understaffed, leading to long wait times even during off-peak hours.

  This is a grooming experience only: let’s start off with I overall LOVE THIS PETCO! But my grooming experience today for my shitzu (Brownie) wasn’t pleasant. I 100% recommend no one to book the groomer Myka! She was extremely rude and gave nasty attitude. For a customer coming in spending $100 for a dog cut should have been treated way better. I explained how I wanted my dog cut and she did the OPPOSITE! I asked for a round face cut and he definitely doesn’t have it! I even showed her a picture. I feel like she had an attitude and that’s why my dog didn’t get the service he needed! This is very upsetting! Was not happy with this visit. I will never use her again and I will be back to use others. The first picture is what she did and the second is the picture of how I wanted it (which she said she knew how)

  If I could give them 0 they would get that. Both the groomers and the woman in the vet that must think she is God or something. First they took my dog in the back wouldn't let me go with him to do vitals. Why? He was just there for flee and tick meds. When he came out he was scared and wanted to leave. But he had a grooming appointment. When I took him over to do that the woman said they would t take him because the vet called and told them he was fearful and aggressive. Really.. i had the appointment for weeks. how dare you. You scare him and them you brand him as aggressive. My dog loves his bath. Been getting them since he was a pup. Then when I confront them the lady in the vet lied over and over.. got me so mad. Do not take your dog there. What ever they did to him back there terrified him. Find a vet that doesn't lie and play games with you. Don't let Them take ur dog to the back. Who knows what he went through. This will be reported to petco corporate offices.
