- AMAmber Mauldin5 days ago5.0Everyone in the office is friendly and professional and someone always answers the phone and if I ever have to leave a voicemail, I get a response the same day. Dr. Williams has such a great manner. I know that he is caring for a lot of animals at the same time as my dog, Snowball but when he meets with us, I feel like we are the only one's in the office. He listens and never rushes us and addresses every concern. His staff does the same.
- SCserina carusoOct 7, 20262.0I am writing this to warn other French Bulldog owners because these dogs require specialized care, and it is so important to see a vet who truly has experience handling brachycephalic and IVDD-prone breeds. I always read reviews and call ahead to verify if a veterinarian has specific experience with Frenchies before trusting them, and I want to make sure other owners know to do the same. My dog was brought here as an emergency because he was just injured at the groomer. The manager was incredibly kind to cover the bill to let him be seen, but I was already super nervous about him going into the back without me. My anxiety worsened when the actual veterinarian handled him. My Frenchie was wearing a supportive harness explicitly to protect his neck and spine. Despite this, the vet used a tight slip lead around his neck, letting him choke and gag against it while trying to reach me. Ironically, the vet tried to educate me on IVDD while my dog was actively choking on their lead. Frenchies are prone to tracheal collapse, and he easily could have hurt himself right then and there. My dog is incredibly special to me, and I know other Frenchie owners feel the exact same way about their babies. We pay premium prices for specialized care, and we shouldn't have to watch a licensed doctor put our dogs in harm's way. Please be vigilant, ask if they have specific experience with this breed, and insist they hook their leads only to your dog's harness
- SJSaja JarakjiSep 30, 20265.0I’ve tried other Banfields so I feel confident in saying this is hands down the best one EVER!! The staff is kind, knowledgeable and patient. They never try to upsell you anything unless your pet will not benefit from alternatives. The optimum wellness plan is soooo worth it. They actively listen to your concerns and respect your time. I have a pitty that gets anxious but he loooves going to the vet because he gets so much attention/pets. The staff greet him by name and I can tell that they remember him personally, it’s not just for show. I would give them 10/5 stars if i could 🌟

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
