Can't you people understand plain language? I said I wanted the three-shot FVRCP vaccine... but the staff kept pushing and pushing other things... Do you really have to squeeze so much money out of me? The first time I called, I was quoted 60–80, but when I got there, the price jumped to 240. The second time it was over 100, and the third time, over 100 again... I just walked out... yet they kept trying to upsell and bundle services... Everyone, stay away from this place—it's trash and they have arbitrary charges... Do you think I've never owned a pet before? That I don't know the going rates? You and your "dog-doctor" can keep it... It's like going to a restaurant to order chicken wings, but the server keeps pestering you: "Do you want fries? A drink? Spring rolls? How about this? How about that?"... That’s called bundled selling... I really hate that kind of thingListen to what I say... I tell you what I want... you do it... and I pay for what I want... It makes it feel like you genuinely don't understand plain language... If I could give a zero-star rating, I would...

There was an unforseen issue when I brought my baby Luke in for his annual comprehensive exam. The manager Ms. Williams called and informed me as early as possible. She was respectful and offered sincere apologies. I appreciate her professionalism and empathy. She even helped during checkout when I was hesitant and frustrated. That kind of cool, calm, and care is important and necessary in today's already stressful times. Thank you.

Took my two 8 week old kittens here for the free check up. They said one would be free but the other $58 out of pocket. Both had red and goopy eyes. We get there for our scheduled appointment and have to wait an hour. They finally “see them”. I walk into a dirty room and they don’t even look at them. The woman who is with us in the room says it’s going to be $120. I tell her they said one of their check ups was free and the other discounted. She doesn’t explain any of the charges and just says “yeah there’s an extra $40 charge” 58+40= 98 ??? Anyway. She says they will be ready to be picked up in 4 hours. I leave them thinking i just had it wrong. I come back the 4 hours later only for them to tell me they had red and goopy eyes. They Said I had to pay $300 just to send out tests that would take a week. Then made me feel like crap for not doing that and walked away. I got no paper work for them, no weight or any other information from their check up, other than what we already told them. I thankfully only pay the $58 because the lady at the desk did it right. I check them at home myself and find a multitude of other issues they didn’t tell me about. The tip of one of my kittens tail is crooked like he broke it. Seems to be healed so didn’t happen recently but they completely missed that or just didn’t tell me about it. Safe to say I won’t be coming back here.
