  I’ve been using their services for 10+ years now and man when I tell yall the wait is awfuuuuuuuul . I can’t deal anymore . Even if I’m stopping by to get meds it’s a terrible wait

  Had an in-room appointment that they changed to a drop off. Had to wait almost an hour after check-in to go in a room, never talked to the vet and it was our first visit to this Banfield. The vet tech in the room who took my pup back was very very nice!

  The wait time that customers experience is awful. I came to drop my dog on 9/29 for his dental cleaning and it took an hour for the check in process and for him to be taken to the back. I came back to pick him up after 7pm, and the line to pick up my baby was long and the wait time to even check out was ridiculously long. It makes customers want to go elsewhere.

  Dr Eboni Lee was amazing and very informative regarding my dog. The front desk staff was very unorganized and wait times on the phone and in person are terrible which all seemed to stem from lack of staff or structure. cleanliness was also an issue. the associate went the “check” our room to make sure it was clean before we went in but there was pee stains on the walls, poop residue on the ground and an empty vile on the ground… because of their new system of drop off only, i’m unsure if that particular issue was actually addressed. overall direct service to pets seems to be ok but outside of that, major work is needed edit: the room was actually terrible I tried to downplay it but i’ve been to multiple vet locations including chewy vet and local vets and this was a first. cleanliness and sanitation has to be a priority especially with pets. this was around 11am how was the room already dirty?? i’m now concerned on what that back area looks like. please fix these issue i would like to return as a customer

  If I could give zero i would. I took my pet to the mcdonough location 2 weeks ago for my cats tail that had degloved due to serious injury. I was told to come back in 2 weeks for amputation if he was still aggravated by the tail. He has been chewing the nub and so today was supposed to be surgery. I spoke to Ethan while checking in, and made it clear id like for the neuter surgery to happen at same time as the tail amputation due to already being under anesthesia. The hospital closes at 7. I called at 615, stayed on hold for over 20 minutes, hung up and called back to which I was told "they are just finishing up and you can head this way" get there, stand in line for check out and they bring me back to a room, in which they explain to me when they think my kitten should have his surgery..... that he was supposed to have just had.. Im flabbergasted at this point because now they are wanting to charge me 75$ For absolutely nothing. I didnt bring the cat in for a preliminary exam, I did that two weeks ago. But when that didnt work, Ethan decided he was gonna step up to my husband and myself to try and intimidate us both with threats and calling me a liar. Why else would I have brought my animal back two weeks later after a diagnosis of tail amputation if he didnt stop hurting himself. Absolutely DO NOT GO HERE, especially if you are a lady and by yourself. Im so thankful my husband was there to give me a sense of safety from such a man who uses intimidation to get his was when called out for screwing up!!! Stay away from the mcdonough location, especially if you are a female by yourself
