I’m so grateful the groomer was able to trim my baby’s nails and give her a nice bath! We definitely hope to become returning clients at this location. 🐾❤️ I would have loved to meet the groomer or at least get their name so I know who to request next time. It was such a relief seeing my girl walk out without limping or seeming to be in any pain. Even though I didn’t get the chance to meet the groomer personally, I truly feel she was patient and gentle with her. She successfully trimmed all of her nails, and I really appreciate the care she showed my baby. Thank you so much for taking such good care of her! We look forward to coming back. We’ve really enjoyed being a part of Scenthound, and I feel like I can trust them with my fur baby, which means so much to me.

I took my golden here several months ago and am just now remembering to write this review. I gave Scenthound a chance and will never ever go back. They completely messed up my goldens ears and tail, and charged me more than any grooming place in the area has ever charged me. I called up the next day to speak to the manager, who’s only real resolution was for me to bring my dog back up there to have the same groomer “fix” their mistakes. Why in the world would I bring my dog back there after coming home looking like this? When I mentioned that at the very least they needed to educate the groomer on how to groom a golden, I was told the groomer had “plenty of experience” and this was not a lack of training or professional knowledge on how to groom a golden. My golden has been getting groomed at three different places in East Cobb and has always looked great, this was not the case at this Scenthound. I never was offered a refund, or a resolution other than to bring him back to the very place that did this to him. I have noticed other reviews that mention this happening to their goldens, which absolutely leads me to believe that these groomers are simply not knowledgeable with how to cut a golden. Golden Owners BEWARE! This is the only bad review I have EVER left for a business, that is how horrible my experience was here. From the service being overpriced, not performed correctly, and the terrible customer service from the manager after this happened, I would not recommend Scenthound.
