  Total humanity care ! They r the best n complete caring ,empathic, n genuine. Everything about the employees is total positive human care! Which is rare now days in world full of robotic people . N the great thing is there quality traits are in the perfect business, caring for our beloved dogs ! I cant say enough about this place other than they r my dogs second home . N the thing is i know if u need them they r there for y n even full of resources n will make sure ur pet is treated welcomed with luv!

  Wonder place for my dog Zara who loves going here, the staff and new owners are awesome caretakers for dogs. Love you guys and Zara loves you👍🏾😀

  I boarded my dog there for a week during the 4th of July holiday. They took good care of her and she seemed to really like everyone working at Kritter Keepers! I would definitely recommend it to anyone in the area!

  I booked an appointment for an assessment prior to possibly boarding my dog at this facility. My appointment time was 6PM on a weekday and the appointment was charged in full hours prior to this. Upon arrival, nobody was present in the office. They do have a ring doorbell inside which surely was triggered. No signage letting you know that you should ring if an employee is not present & the doorbell is not mounted, it is kind of propped against a wall. Either way, I rang the doorbell & proceeded to wait for a full ten minutes. I called the facility during this time and the phone rang on the front desk. We ended up leaving & I called again (still during our appointment time). Neither of my calls were answered or returned. On top of that, I received an email an hour later that I was going to have my credit card charged for a day of boarding given that I was a “no show” for my appointment. I’m not sure of their normal practices/protocols so I cannot comment on that. Although, I cannot imagine myself leaving my dog at a facility that does not have staff present/ available during a scheduled and paid appointment time. I am awaiting follow up communication and a refund.

  Kaylin and Jordan are absolutely amazing! This place is top tier! They are so passionate and patient with my GSD. They truly understand animals and work with both you and your pet to make everyone feel comfortable. Chevy is already booked for more visits, and they’ve become like family to us. I highly recommend this place! ♥️
