Dr. Mason is kinda standoffish, but he treats my Colonel amazing and is very knowledgeable, which is what I prefer any day over a Chatty Chad or Cathy with subpar KSA's. He has done in 6 months, what another, closer vet to me, said would take a year or more, so I'm VERY happy and satisfied with him and the clinic. And Amanda, one of the front office chicks, is great!

From routine visits to her spay procedure, everything was always handled with such professionalism, kindness, and attention. Recently, we had to say goodbye to our beloved Lola, and they made an incredibly difficult experience so much more bearable. From the moment we walked in, they treated her with such gentleness and respect, and showed us so much compassion. They explained everything, gave us time, and created a calm, peaceful environment for her final moments. It meant the world to us. We will always be thankful for the kindness and care they showed Lola and our family over the years. Thank you, Dr. Shurling and staff!
