My husband and I came last night with our dog Gigi. It was a pleasant experience. They were knowlegeable and kept our mind at ease. We know was dog is in good hands. We are definitely coming back!

Took our Batman (7 yo Jackrat) in for an emergency visit on the weekend. Brittany was very helpful over the phone before we decided to take him in. Darrien was our technician and very professional and informative. Dr. Mofya explained our pets diagnosis and answered all of our questions. I’m so pleased that this vet practice was able to see us as an emergency, without overcharging us. Would definitely use them again when our regular vet is closed.

If I could give no stars I would. We have a cat that is in severe distress and this is advertised as an ER vet with 24 hour service yet were told you have to wait until an 8pm appointment and if the cat dies oh well.

I brought my cat in on Tuesday because he hadn't been feeling good for the past 3 days. Sleeping all the time, not eating or drinking like normal, and then Sunday he had a hole like wound under his tail on the right side of his anus. I had already talked to 2 different vets before setting up the appointment here so when I did I told them I was told it could be a ruptured anal gland or a ruptured abcess but no one could be sure without looking at it. Brought him in Tuesday afternoon and they had taken him into another room to look at him so I couldnt even point put my concerns while they were looking at him and then said it could be either of the things that I had already told them it could be. Didn't run any tests or anything even though I had told them he hadn't been feeling good before that and his gums were pale. I asked the vet what he did for Bandit cause I was told if it was a ruptured anal gland it had to be taken care of a certain way and they said they cleaned it a little. Forced the rabies shot on him even though he was already sick and its common knowledge that youre not suppose to give a kitten the rabies shot when they're sick. Pushed him out the door with antibiotics and acted unconcerned about really trying to find out what was wrong with him. Bandit died yesterday. I will never bring another animal to them again.

After over $600 of out if pockets costs, they still could not tell me why my cat was sick, what was affecting him and how to effectively resolve it. The whole staff is nice enough but the older vet and the female vet tech were not particularly competent: the older guy should have retired long ago, seems overwhelmed and hesitant, and the female tech kept talking about "she" when my cat is clearly a male and hasn't been neutered yet, so I'm wondering if my pet was actually examined in the backroom. I though the costs were somewhat outrageous and the treatment ineffective, to date they can't tell me what was wrong with my cat. I had scheduled a surgery for my female cat, which I cancelled due to poor performance. If you want nice, this is the place for you. If you want competent, look elsewhere. I will not be back.
