  First issue, when I dropped her off, this was her first time doing boarding with them, I called and asked every day for a picture. Each day they said they would send one and didn’t. Second issue when I picked her up, they couldn’t find any of her belongings. Couldn’t find her bag either that had extra treats, her leash or food bowl and water bowl. It took about 15 minutes for them to find it because they simply didn’t know where her things were. Final issues, she was boarding there for 5 days, that day she came home she had small white and yellow seed looking items in her poop. After hundreds of dollars at the vet, she was diagnosed with tapeworms. When I called them back to ask them what happened /inform them, they said she was fine the entire time and they have no idea where this came from. They were negligent the entire time. How is a dog in your care for 5 days, they come back sick and your response is “she was fine when she was here”. I spent more money on the vet than I did at this terrible boarding facility. If you care about your dog, don’t take them here. My dog has never had worms. She’s been to several boarding facilities and never experienced anything like this before.

  Used Carolina for years and will use her as long as she is in business. The fur babies love her and so do I !!!!

  I really love the care that Happy Paws Inn gives to Piper whether it’s doggy daycare or boarding! I really do love the way she is treated.Bridgette and the team makes us feel special
