Sadly, my Mother had to put down her dear dog. We were unable to use her usual vet, because they already had one emergency that day, but they referred her to The Grove. Dr. Fuentes and his technicians were exceptional. Not only did they do everything to help my Mother's dog, but they were so caring and kind when we had to make the sad decision to put her down to stop her suffering. Thank you!

We brough out pup in who overnight started vomitting and was extremely lethargic. We had just shared a new food with him and suspected that was the issue but were scared. The Grove was closing early that day and was not able to treat him, but they still took him in the back and checked his vitals and even went so far as to do a quick ultrasound to see if there was any immediate danger. Mind you, at NO CHARGE>
They advised us to still take him to the 24 hr emergency vet to be sure. We took him and they wanted to run 3 xrays, do bloodwork and more labs even after we shared all the details that led up to this sudden discomfort. The quoted us over $1,000 and I was not willing to pay that knowing he was not in any immediate danger and the new rich food he had probably just needed to work through his system. We agreed to let the hospital give him fluids and an anti-nausea shot to calm him for the night and he was 100% himself by morning. Ended up costing us just around $500.00 when we finished. Keep in mind he is only 2 years old and we were very confident this was not something more serious. I wish there were more vets out there that listened to the oweners instead of just seeing dollar signs.
Thank you Grove for your patience, kidness and understanding.

I was extremely happy with the service offered at The Grove Animal Hospital last week. I had a pet to become very ill overnight and they took me as a walk-in with zero wait time. Everyone was friendly and thorough! They were diligent in their assessment of my pet and offered options. I would absolutely refer friends and family here, they were amazing!!

I am very very pleased with the care the grove gave my baby. She had a bacterial skin infection along with other issues that had her so miserable. I was so desperate to look for care, as her vet was not available until the following Monday (so she would have had to go thru the weekend like this). Dr. Smith was very patient. My mom had to bring Jersey, and she told me that everyone treated my baby so kindly. I appreciate that so much because it hurt my heart that I couldn't be there due to work. But, knowing she was loved on even by people she didnt even know made me feel so secure. I also appreciate that they made this an easy experience for my mom too. I look forward to future visits with the Grove Animal Hospital. Jersey started showing signs of improvement the very next day. I'm a very very happy mom!

Arrow the big chocolate lab would like to say Dr Patel is so great! She was very gentle with him as he was very nervous. She explained things in a way we could understand and was very kind and compassionate. We will always ask for her in the future!
Veterinary medicine is expensive so I like how they go through pricing at the beginning of the visit and don't judge if you opt out of something.
The clinic is very nice and clean and the staff is so very friendly.
