  Every staff member was excellent not just one time, but every time we visit or call. My baby is very anxious and a rescue and they are very patient with my cotton. Im greatful for each staff and doctors as well.

  The vet and vet tech was very informative and nice. It would have been 5 star if my experience with the late evening front desk reception wasn't so unpleasant.

  Danielle and Zena at Grove Animal Hospital are truly incredible, and they both made such a lasting impression on us. Danielle, as the receptionist, is the heart of this place. From the moment we walk through the door, she greets us with such genuine warmth, kindness, and compassion that we immediately feel comforted and cared for. She goes far beyond her role, always making sure we are taken care of and treating both us and our little doggy with so much love and attention. Zena, our tech, was just as amazing. She was so sweet, kind, and incredibly caring throughout our visit. She made sure our little doggy had everything he needed and took the time to be so informative, thoughtful, and compassionate every step of the way. Her gentle nature and genuine care gave us so much peace of mind, and it was clear how deeply she cares about the animals she helps. Together, Danielle and Zena made our experience truly exceptional. Their kindness, professionalism, and heartfelt compassion mean more to us than words can say. Grove Animal Hospital is beyond lucky to have such beautiful souls caring for both pets and their families. We are so grateful for the love and support they showed us!

  My experience at the Grove is very positive. The staff are friendly and professional. The waiting area is spacious with a children’s play room, tv in the waiting area. There is also a beverage area, coffee, juice or water.
