  If you have a poodle do not bring to this location. Groomers will tell you that your poodle needs a haircut each time. I care for my dog at home weekly and bring him to Petco for additional services so it is impossible that each time he comes he magically needs a haircut because of tangles. Every other Petco location has not given me any issues ever when it came to my poodle only this one. Additionally, if poodle/doodle services are offered it should be no issue bringing a poodle in just for a standard groom.

  Even though this is a pet store, it should not smell bad soon as you walk in, and then you have workers sitting on the counter on the phone instead of providing proper Customer service

  I want to hear to get an engraved dog tag all of the incredible tags were just about gone except for two out of what should have been about a good 30 options. I purchased the one available dogs that look like it could go for what I needed and once I did I was advised to go back to the machine to get an engraved once I went to the machine the machine itself did not recognize the dog tag and did not work I had to get a refund. I was then told that the person that comes in to do the dog tags has not been there in a few months and that's why there were no dog tags and they didn't know what to do about the machine. So basically I drove way out there 25 minutes for no reason at all.
