If you are looking for a groomer that cares, is gentle, and patient with your dog - this place is not it. It was unwelcoming from the moment I stepped in and I should have taken it as a sign but because this place is also known for training, I gave it a chance thinking they would understand how to tend to any types of dogs. My dog is a Golden Retriever who is a bit timid when it comes to grooming but never to the extent he would poop on himself. I could not fathom the force that was caused from frustration of the groomer. He said my dog almost hung himself. If he’s acting a certain way… isn’t it natural instinct to find another route of grooming? Potentially on the floor? I definitely won’t be coming back and am not sure how this place is still in business. He knew he was going to charge me a handling fee before he even touched my dog. Good luck!
