  So first off we’ve been coming here for 2 years getting our dogs groomed . We have a golden doodle and he always does amazing with a cane Corso he absolutely loves, a Yorkie that gets excited every time we even pull in the parking lot .. we sent over neighbors and they love him to BUT WE Just finished our 30 day board and Train . When I say I’m so overly happy with the results . I have 3 dogs and Darrian trained all three … At first I was nervous leaving my dogs but Darien sent video images and we came in 3-4 times a week ton learn everything he teaching them . This was the best part he didn’t train just the dogs he trained us. He took us to Home Depot Lowe’s the mall and the dog parks to make sure we understand and understood everything . This was such a blessing … GUYS THERES A REASON WHY HE HAS 5 stars . I read some of the 1 star reviews and honestly I don’t see it and have never seen it !! I suggest coming to see you for yourself !!!

  Very disappointing experience. They were unprofessional and clearly do not know how to treat their customers properly. The person who assisted me at the beginning, who I believe may be the owner, had a very unpleasant and disrespectful attitude. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I would not recommend this place and definitely would not return.

  I do not recommend this place. The customer service was extremely unprofessional, and the way they speak to and treat customers is unacceptable. From the beginning, the person who assisted me, who I believe may be the owner, was rude and showed no interest in providing good customer service. It was a very unpleasant experience, and I would not come back.

  The personnel at this location are very unprofessional. The guy at the front is very aggressive and gets frustrated over everything. He does not seem to know how to control his emotions. Regarding grooming, keep in mind that they seem to have a fee for everything and may charge you without providing proof, clear communication, or prior approval. I have also seen reports concerning this location submitted to the County, based on another reviews to this place. At least when it comes to grooming services, I would not recommend. Unfortunatly, I had to use this option that my regular groomer since she was out for vacations.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this grooming place. The manager, who was also the person grooming my dog, was extremely rude and unprofessional. The first thing I clearly told him was that I did NOT want my dog completely shaved down. Unfortunately, that was exactly what he did. When I asked how much I needed to pay and tried to understand the charges, he became very rude, spoke to me in a disrespectful manner, and made the entire situation even more uncomfortable. I expected better communication and professionalism, especially when trusting someone with my dog. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this grooming place.
