  Great place! No one was able to cut him and Darien did his thing. I would recommend anyone who has a dog with anxiety to come. He offer a membership that will accommodate your needs! Darien is my new best friend and Zuko's! We love you Darien!!

  I have sampled different groomers for my Yorkie Poo but was never as excited as I was when Scout tried Paws and Parks. She looked so beautiful, when she came home. The cut was perfect. She loved her groomer too. He picked her up and took her to the spa and when she was done, he brought her back. Halfway through her grooming he sent me a video of scout, I am completely satisfied with the care he gave my little fur baby. I even went online and made her follow up appointment.

  0/5! Although my dog is big, she is not aggressive. She has never bit another person or dog. My german shepard has been to multiple groomers over the years and has never had a problem anywhere else. Unfortunately, after being groomed at this location, she came home with a significant eye injury. Her eye AND eyelid were both bleeding, and we immediately had to take her to an emergency veterinarian. She was diagnosed with a subconjunctival hemorrhage and a corneal abrasion consistent with an injury. She required pain medication and antibiotic eye drops, and the emergency visit cost several hundred dollars. More importantly, I was extremely concerned about whether her vision had been affected. Unfortunately, the problems did not end there. A few weeks later, the same injured eye became cloudy, and she subsequently developed a traumatic cataract. Traumatic cataracts can occur following physical injury to the eye!! This experience was extremely upsetting, both because of the medical consequences for my dog and the financial cost of treating an injury that occurred during her grooming appointment. If a groomer feels that they cannot safely or comfortably handle a particular dog, I believe the appropriate response is to stop the grooming and communicate that to the owner—not continue in a way that could potentially result in injury. Please stay away from this place!

  I wish I could give this place zero reviews. I recently moved to georgia and reserved an appointment for my two dogs. I do have fairly big dogs so I brought my German shepherd first. My dog immediately barked because it’s a new environment so right off the bat Damian said he was going to charge $200 instead of $100 because my dog was going to bite me. I explained to him she has never bit anyone but I take full responsibility if anything were to happen. He started handling her and he did very well with her. I left him and about 30 minutes after I left he texted me pictures that my dog broke his table and made a mess everywhere. I showed up about 20 minutes later and my dog was scared to her bone hiding in the corner. He started explaining that she became erratic and jumped everywhere. I looked at her and her eye was completely busted. I told him to get my dog so I could leave because something was not right. I paid because I was scared at how aggressive he was getting. I immediately took her to the vet to which she had a deep corneal abrasion and lost half her eyesight. Please refrain from taking your pet here.
