  ⭐ Terrible customer service! I pay almost $250 a month for my 3 dogs, and the service is extremely disappointing. Four times, I specifically scheduled appointments with a Spanish-speaking veterinarian, only to arrive and be assigned someone else without notice. Today’s receptionist was not pleasant at all. I was also made to wait approximately 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, only to receive that kind of response. I feel disrespected and discriminated against because of my language. I’ve wasted my time, rearranged my work schedule, and still haven’t received the care my dog needs. I’m canceling the plans. Paying customers deserve respect, regardless of the language they speak. I would not recommend this place!

  I highly recommend Dr. Yassin Aboelyazid! I actually followed him from another Banfield location because of the exceptional care, professionalism, and compassion he provides. That alone should speak volumes about the trust and confidence I have in him.He is knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about the well-being of his patients. He takes the time to listen, answer questions, and make sure you feel comfortable and informed about your pet’s care.As a pet parent, finding a veterinarian you can truly trust means everything. I’m grateful to have found Dr. Aboelyazid to care for my Australian Labradoodle, Ayla. He is truly an asset to Banfield!

  Amazing at not only dealing with a spicy kitty, but with a nervous kitty Mom too. Took care of all my furbabies issues in a compassionate, understanding way. So pleased!

  Horrible front desk staff, my only interaction was with Karen. She was not friendly, mean, welcoming, she never smiled and she is very sarcastic. I came early for our new patient appt and she looked at me with disgust saying why I am here and then proceeded to go off on me even after I said online it says come early. As a new patient I left and took my dog to the Snellville location where we received the best care for my princess. I even told the office manager at the Lawrenceville location, he really seemed like he didn’t care about my feedback all he said was thank you for your feedback and never even apologized. I can see why she gets away with treating people so bad. Terrible office experience I will never go back. Side note I shared my experience with the Snellville location they knew right away who I was referring too and they apologized saying she is like that with everyone and even their own family members say she’s rude. Understand this the front desk staff has the first initial interaction with patients, she needs to be trained on customer service or find another job.

  I didn’t hit the make appointment button. She was still able to squeeze me in. The whole exam and vaccines for my two cats took less than an hr. Jess the vet tech was absolutely amazing. Very kind and just a good hearted soul. Dr. Kim.. just wow. One, he’s super young and just a genuis hahaha. He is so friendly and patient. You don’t feel like you’re being rushed out at all. Dr. Kim actually wants to keep conversations with you to where Jess the tech said dr. Kim you have other appointments you need to see hahaha. This is now my number one spot. You won’t be disappointed. By the way- the rabies vaccine is only 45 bucks per for the one year. That’s solid.
