I did not enjoy the way the doctor treated my puppy. I brought him in for a visit in the beginning of June for an exam and his shots. The nurses were absolutely amazing! Loved Mercedes and Gigi but the doctor was rude and a "know it all." When she was checking him, she was grabbing his face WAY too hard, making him shy and pull away. Instead of calmly correcting him, she was snapping at him to quit. I can hold his muzzle and never have a problem with him yanking it away. Then she mentioned a head collar for him because of the fact he was pulling his head and acting "uncontrollable" when he was literally expressing puppy behavior. She wasnt suggesting the collar, she was trying to push that crap on me. Last visit, she manhandled him! She shoved the camera in his ear and he yelped! What did she do? She grabbed his back skin and yanked him forward while snapping at him to quit. When she was done, he was so scared he was trying to get to me. When I mentioned service training him, she questioned if my trainer even knew about service training him all because he was excited about being in a new place and he was expressing that excitement. When she mentioned the tartar on his teeth, she mentioned greenies. Hell no! Just because some of your patients do well on them doesn't mean mine does! And I don't care if it's vet approved, doesn't mean it works for all dogs and all the dogs ive owned NEVER did well on greenies. Instead of her suggesting another brand, she kept trying to push it on me like, no. I already said no. I know my dog better than you. She even mentioned Raw Hide for him. Like, you're supposed to be a vet yet I know what brands to avoid. All the stuff she was "educating" me on i knew already. She talked to me like I was ignorant and didn't know anything about dogs. Just because you got a PHD doesn't mean you know more than the next person. Very uncompassionate, rude, impatient, pushy and overall a quack of a doctor. Her Doberman that she claims is Purebred aint and that's sad coming from someone who owns mutts. Her Doberman isn't any bigger than a damn heeler. She doesn't know what she's doing. I wanted to stay because of the nurses because I absolutely love them but the Dr wasn't worth the stay and overall just isn't worth the money.

It is a very professional place for dog care and they are very friendly and concerned about your pets. they will call you and see how your pet is doing after you have had an appointment no matter if it’s just a bath they will call you and see how your pet is doing! The doctor there is very concerning too! I would not take my pet anywhere else!
