- BBBrittanyJun 26, 20261.0Consistently poor vet service, from long wait times in the exam room to inability to give requested vaccines. More expensive than the local vet. Also, head’s up: if you buy a vaccine package, they will not refund unused vaccines for any reason — even if the pup has died.

The the blonde head young lady at the desk didn't even look up to greet or acknowledge our existence even though we said we had an appointment. She didn't say hello as a matter of fact I asked her if I could pay early and she was very hurt and just said" no we can't do that". Her energy came off is very agitated and didn't want to be bothered. I would ask her questions since you speak very low and it just made me feel like I wasn't welcome there and honestly I wish I had spent my money elsewhere. I hate coming to an establishment where the cashier or the receptionist is not at all pleasant and seems annoyed by her own guests. I was thinking the whole time your customers are the one that make sure you get your paycheck at the end of the day. Needless to say I will not be going back to the store.
