They led us step by step through lab work that would help identify her illness. We had complete control over everything as it was explained in detail. I'm so glad we used Vetco. I ordered on the petco app and they canceled my order saying that my dog wasn’t their patient because she went to the vaccination clinic (is the same place as the clinic). I called and they had a nasty attitude saying “this is a clinic and you went to a mobile clinic, you have to call customer service to approve that” hang up the phone. We are not coming back and I will call corporate.
- AHAsh HJul 14, 20265.0We made an appointment for a full run of vaccines and a checkup for an old Husky that hasn't seen a vet in several years and doesn't see strangers often at all. We muzzled him just in case, though we don't like to do it, he's ornery and we wanted everyone safe... the staff was fine with this. In fact, his tail was wagging the whole time and there were no issues. Staff made the experience great, reassuring the owner and doing their best to provide service without judgement... we really appreciate it. Now we can get him groomed and on a path to living a happier life!
- BBBrittanyJun 26, 20261.0Consistently poor vet service, from long wait times in the exam room to inability to give requested vaccines. More expensive than the local vet. Also, head’s up: if you buy a vaccine package, they will not refund unused vaccines for any reason — even if the pup has died.
