- BABrandon AlexanderJul 1, 20261.0I would not recommend this establishment based on my experience. They schedule grooming appointments several weeks in advance. My dog's appointment was originally set for July 1 at 2:00 PM. A few weeks before the appointment, they called to tell me the groomer I was scheduled with no longer worked there, so they had to reschedule. About a week later, they called again to ask if I could move the appointment to an earlier time, which I gladly accommodated. Then, the day before the appointment, they called to say their air conditioning had gone out but expected it to be repaired that evening. Unfortunately, on the day of the appointment, I was informed that the AC still wasn't fixed and my appointment couldn't proceed. After weeks of waiting, multiple reschedules, and changing my own schedule to accommodate them, this was a very frustrating experience. I understand that unexpected issues happen, but the repeated scheduling changes and last-minute cancellations made this a disappointing experience. I recommend looking elsewhere if you're seeking reliable grooming services.
