  The young lady at the front desk was not helpful. I asked about one of the Science Diet products and she just pointed where I should go. She was not friendly and that's not what I'm used to, especially as I spent $107 on prescription cat food.

  do not take your dog here to get groomed , they are lazy they left my dog like a skeleton , might as well get a razor at walmart do it yourself , THEY ARE RUDE AND LAZY

  I had a really disappointing experience with the grooming department at the Petco in Kennesaw and will not be bringing my dog back. Her grooming appointment was scheduled for 8:45 AM, even though the store doesn’t open until 9:00. I stood outside for a while waiting for someone to come to the door, but no one did. Eventually, I had to push the doors open myself and walk into the grooming area. It took a while for the employee to even acknowledge that I was there, and there was absolutely no sense of customer service or friendliness. The experience when I picked my dog up was even more frustrating. I received a text saying she was ready, so I went in, paid for her grooming service, and came back to the grooming desk. At that point, another customer walked up and asked if they could do a quick bang trim on her dog. The employee asked what my dog’s name was so she could get her, but instead of getting my dog and bringing her out, she proceeded to trim the other customer’s dog’s bangs while I stood there waiting. I ended up waiting approximately 25 minutes AFTER I had already been notified that my dog was ready. When she finally brought my dog out, her face and ears were still wet. What concerns me most is that my dog has now been home for about 30 minutes and is still extremely anxious and won’t settle down. I don’t know what happened during her appointment, but she is clearly very distressed, which is incredibly upsetting as her owner. I understand that grooming appointments can take time and that things happen, but the lack of communication, customer service, and consideration for my time was unacceptable. Combined with how anxious my dog is acting afterward, I am extremely uncomfortable returning to this location. I will not be bringing her back here again.

  I previously left a poor review due to a bad dog grooming. (That groomer is gone) Gave it a second chance and Behnoosh has my dog looking SO GOOD.
