  They butchered my dog. Shaved her way shorter than requested and used poor excuses to justify it. I got back an entirely different dog. I will.never go back to this location.

  This is my first time at this location and also my first time having a dog i had already booked the appointment to groom my dog the lady who was sitting at the desk (black female) we was really nice and really helpful but when the one of the workers who does the grooming (white lady) she wasn’t helpful they are supposed to charge us extra when your fur friend comes in matted and she is only matted in a certain area they never attempted to give her a haircut they told me to go to Beyond Pet Animal Hospital without even trying to give her a bath nobody else was in the store it was literally dead in there so somebody could have took a chance and tried to give her a haircut I’m highly upset about it this was day 3 of me trying to get my dog a haircut and nobody would help but this lady come in (white lady) she goes thru with her appointment and her was matted too why she didn’t get the same treatment as me 🤷🏽‍♀️it’s okay I wouldn’t recommend anybody going to this location

  We recently bought a pair of budgies from Petco at Crater Lake, Kennesaw. Smooth experience. Andrew - caretaker of the budgies was super helpful. He helped us understand how to take care of the budgies, their general behavior, sleep patterns, and food choices. We will be going back for more pet shopping at this store.

  Cannot reach anyone to schedule an appointment and find out more information. We have taken our new dog here a couple times and consider this our vet if we need services. Not sure why we can’t get in contact with anyone.

  I had such a wonderful experience at this Petco veterinary clinic! I brought my puppy in, and the entire team was incredibly kind, patient, and caring. They answered every single question I had and gave me all the support I needed to help with the issues she was having. Everyone who works there is so friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive. They made me feel comfortable and never made me feel rushed, which meant a lot as a first-time puppy owner. The location is also very clean, organized, and welcoming. I truly appreciate the care and attention they provided, and I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for compassionate veterinary care for their pets!
