  I brought my dog here to get groomed, they did a gland expression way to hard her. She’s having diarrhea, blood in her stool, throwing up. I call to simply let the management know. They were not apologetic whatsoever, they simply told me if I feel the need to take her to the vet they will need proof stating it was their fault. I’m highly highly disappointed and do not recommend taking your pets here

  Walked in and they had a skittish black cat in the cattio by the door that was obviously nervous and panicked and he was obviously stressed out and they didn't seem to care. Also they have pac man frogs and you can't pick them up and turn the container around to look at em without being told to put it down... like how am I supposed to buy it? Are they gunna drive it to my house and personally put him in the enclosure 🤣

  Andrew was extremely knowledgeable about both the spider I inquired about and the fish I was interested in. He helped open my eyes to the potential of keeping a spider and provided valuable information throughout the visit. He had excellent customer service, was very patient with both me and my son, and made the experience enjoyable for us. My son especially loved seeing the lizards! Overall, it was a great experience, and I truly appreciate Andrew’s help and expertise. Highly recommend!

  I do not recommend this location at all, especially for grooming. Today I took my Pomeranian to this branch for grooming, but unfortunately the behavior of two staff members was very unprofessional and inappropriate. Instead of approaching my dog calmly and in a friendly manner, they pulled on his leash to force him to go with them. This frightened my dog and made him refuse to move. While speaking with the store manager, who was respectful and professional, I asked if another groomer with a gentler approach to dogs could assist us. One of the groomers, a woman, took my dog’s leash and rudely stated that they would not accept him. I found this behavior upsetting and completely unacceptable. After this experience, I visited another branch and scheduled an appointment for a different day. Fortunately, that location was much more professional, treated my dog kindly, and provided significantly better customer service. Address of this branch:

  Hands down best customer service experience EVER while at ANY pet store. Serve member who helped and checked out was Guy, new employee (working on floor 2 days!) kind, understanding, and patient!!! (i have several cognitive impairments and delays /disabilities due to Traumatic Brain Injury and severe Stroke. SO many people are rude or impatient or just dismissive). I did not even tell him, but he was naturally just so helpful & calm. Listened & laughed with me at delays and difficulties. Exceptional job well done! I also am in between jobs and had to wait on funds (to not overdraft) to even buy my k9 products , no glare or rude nature or anything but positive energy and feedback. He made extremely helpful tips on training and tools i could find in store. He said it was his second day but he seemed like a seasoned pet store brain-bank. wealth of knowledge, with a great attitude and demeanor. Like a scare- crow , he was found outstanding in his feild! 🌈🙏🙌
